Title: Unacceptable Service - Rudeness and Disrespect Rating: 1/5 Feedback: I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from the staff at Luxmi hotel. During our stay, we encountered rude and disrespectful behavior from multiple staff members, including the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us with our requests, and when I asked for a room change due to noise issues, I was met with attitude and a dismissive tone. The housekeeping staff left our room in a messy state, and when I reported it, they seemed annoyed and uncooperative. The restaurant staff were slow and inattentive, and when I asked for a simple request, I was told it would take 20 minutes without any apology or explanation. Specific Issues: - Rudeness and disrespect from staff - Lack of interest in helping with requests - Poor communication and attitude - Slow and inattentive service Recommendation: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor service and behavior of the staff. The hotel needs to work on training its staff to provide better customer service and treat guests with respect and kindness. Hope for Improvement: I hope the hotel takes our feedback seriously and takes immediate action to address the issues we've experienced. Until then, I would advise others to look elsewhere for a more pleasant and respectful stay.

We booked Luxmi Hotel, Prayagraj, during our Kumbh Darshan, paying an exorbitant 28,000 for two rooms (4 pax) for two days (21,000) and one room (3 pax) for the next day (7,000), only to experience one of the worst stays ever. The rooms were nothing short of stink holes, filled with mold, water seepage, and an unbearable stench. Basic amenities were severely lacking--each room was given just one towel, and when we requested another, the housekeeping staff rudely responded, "Paida karke du kya?" ("Should I produce one for you?"). Despite being promised a deluxe room, they hesitated to provide AC, and even when they did, they kept switching it off every hour or two, forcing us to go down to the reception or call them repeatedly to turn it back on. The bedsheets were stained, the flush didn't work, and the water outlet was clogged, making the bathroom unusable. Hygiene was a complete joke--we witnessed a guest checking out, and the hotel immediately assigned the same uncleaned room to another person. The service was beyond pathetic, and the staff's attitude was shockingly indifferent. While we don't mind paying a premium price, we at least expected basic cleanliness and service, which this hotel utterly failed to provide. Unless you are in an absolute emergency, avoid this place at all costs, and if you do end up here, bring your own essentials.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Bedsheet was not changed before checkin had fresh food spills from last guests and lot of hairs. There were multiple packets of chips and gutkha on floor.worst part - washroom had Indian seat with no flush.just one mug with algae all around.dirty enough to give infevtik namaste to anyone in one use.washbasin did not have a pipe and all water was flowing on feet while washing hands. Had to book due to Mahakumbh.paid 4500 rs for service and room worth of 50rs. Bonus- rooms on 4th floor no lift.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. The room was filthy--stains on the carpet, mold in the bathroom, and the sheets seemed like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff was unhelpful and rude, making us feel like we were a bother whenever we asked for assistance. The air conditioning didn't work, and the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. To top it off, the food in the restaurant was cold and tasteless. Definitely not worth the price, and I will never be coming back!" Its request to all please do not go on photos what they have uploaded, and do not pay any advance money as they will not return it back even if you do not like the rooms.

Room is clean ,nice location,,having small bike parking,24 hrs hot water... but there is no lift,actual photo differ as shown,stair is not wide,little higher rate as compared to room,but they r annoying ,asking for advance money immediately every 12 o clock noon....on your door. Thak thak thak. .."Pay advance" ....funny

One of the worst hotels, the room was smaller then a store room with cockroaches and rude staff. Toilets were smelly and unclean, no bathroom kit was provided. There was nothing in the room except a bed and table. They charged me three times like 5500 rs for one night when the room was not worth 500 rs. Highly non recommended and never coming back to thsi hotel. No room service, charged 1000 rs for early checkin and started asking for money the time i entered the room, the door was broken and we couldnt lock it ourselves so we have to call the hotel staff to lock it. The hotel staff looked like gundas who kept on asking separate money for every service. They charged 2200 from 1 and 3000 from another and 5500 from me and so on...

The room was full of dust and accumulated filth with insects all over . Bed had bed bugs and sheets had stains. No geyser , no water sink . Excessive mosquitoes.

the rooms they have shown in picture does not matched with reality.worst room ,bedsheets were dirty even blanket too. Wash room were not cleaned at all.
