During my recent stay at Hotel KHS Landmark in Prayagraj, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious accommodations. The Executive King room I stayed in was spacious, spanning approximately 2,691 square feet, and featured a stunning city view. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed with modern amenities, including a Jacuzzi and bathtub, which added a touch of indulgence to my stay. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes that catered to various palates. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing both local and international flavors. The attentive staff ensured that dining was a pleasurable experience, accommodating special requests with ease. Hotel KHS Landmark boasts an impressive array of amenities, such as a spa, indoor games, and a bonfire area, enhancing the overall guest experience. I recently stayed at Hotel KHS Landmark in Prayagraj and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is ideal--centrally located and very close to the railway station, which made it super convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall vibe was very peaceful and relaxing. The Wi-Fi speed was great, and everything worked perfectly. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. I also tried their food, and it was delicious--especially the breakfast, which was fresh and well-prepared. If you're looking for a premium, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in Prayagraj, I highly recommend KHS Landmark. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

A hotel which is located in the posh locality of the famous city of prayagraj lacks good staff or can say honest management ||They are well trained to corner the client and then keep them high n dry ||I was there to attend the Mahakumbh 2025||And was recommended this hotel because it was a new hotel by a local who was hand in glove with the management ||The recommendation was so strong that they wanted a advance payment in full which I agreed because of the event currently held in Prayagraj||The hotel had a few flaws .... namely ||1. Indiffent front office desk|2. Very clear of collecting the advance at Unreasonable price which is out right Robber of the rent per night |3. The lobby is 10 feet above ground level and not very accessible |4. The restuarant is a shanty room with work of finishing happening along side the food served resulting in a dusty n unhygienic environment because the service was open to the cement n paint|5. The room which we stayed had a bathroom one step above the floor level so once u have a bath or finish your cleansing activity you have to step down to get back to the room|6. Room being of a good size was having a smell of mild mould|7. Lights penetrates from all nooks n corner of the large slider panes opening to a un finished veranda and from under the room door from the floor passage enough light which is emmited by a candle In rhe room|8. At the time of check in the staff at the front desk said " there will be a 10 min shut down of power to connect the central aircon as the main wires of the air con got burnt a day before and its being repaired and is just a connection away to resume cooling " alas the power cut never happened but we came to know from the workers at the floor that since the hotel " opened or started to accept booking from guests " there was no air-conditioning so why was this not informed at thr time of booking|9.there were lots of mosquitoes even on the 4th floor which shows how the hotel was maintained|10. Unlimited hot water but no cold water to cool it... |11. The policy of the hotel is only 1 water bottle per room per visit so rest of the time please pay or byob|12. Check out was smooth as there was nothing to say by the hotel as they wanted us out of the hotel as we didn't buy any food or water from them|13. The hotel stands tall on promises but stands short on delivery ||Inshort |If you want a regular 1 star hotel packaged as a 3 star go ahead and be their guest.|I have stayed in hotels which are honest and helpful bur they acknowledge their short comings and try to better them but here if you point a short comming your given yet another excuse as to they act victims of circumstances ||I can say one thing.... you can con a person once but can't sell for ever |

Stay here was "OKAY". They charged 15,000/- for a night and don't have A/C in the room nor any fan. The manager or the person who claims himself as manager is absolutely awful with his disgusting attitude. He literally asked us to pay upfront all the money for our 4 day stay, well we had already paid the half amount. So I asked him politely that why is it so when we paid for the half amount owed and will pay remaining on the last day. His reply was "I'm the manager and I can ask for the money at any time, decision is yours. Pay or leave." He also charged us additional 3500 for extra bed, let me not even call it a bed - it was literally a mattress which was horrible and the mattress was not even soft and comfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a wooden piece/floor. The lady working there was nice though, seems like you guys need to hire more educated staff members like her.

Stayed here for 2 nights during Mahakumb and this hotel is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable with the added bonus of netflix. During our stay we encountered many minor issues, like wifi connectivity, Ac not working and flies in the room however every member of staff at the hotel, especially Navya at the front desk and Sandeep went above and beyond to resolve our issues quickly and did so each and every time. Excellent service during such a busy time for the city and the hotel. Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and helping us get a taxi to Varanasi.||One suggestion is to the hotel to have cold drinks available to purchase/ order in the room.||The hotel was excellent value in light of the options available at the time we stayed.

The breakfast was amazing,The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for us. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The housekeeping staff did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. We would highly recommend khs landmark to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

I had my birthday party in the banquet hall. The food was awesome...staff was very efficient and did excellent service...all my guests were very impressed by the food...staff hospitality and on top of it they found the location very ideal.Me and my guests had an excellent experience

SCAM ALERT - WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS||This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We booked rooms and paid 10,000 in advance, expecting at least basic facilities, but the stay was a nightmare from start to finish.| * No proper water supply - At night, the water pressure was almost zero, and in the morning, there was no water at all.| * AC in one room wasn't working, and another room had a leaking bathroom.| * Constant power cuts, with no backup.| * Absolutely no service - The staff was unhelpful, rude, and unwilling to fix anything.| * When we complained, instead of helping, they kept arguing and refused to take responsibility.| * We refused to pay the remaining 6,000 due to the terrible experience, but they forced us to pay it, despite all the issues we faced. Even when we spoke to the owner on the phone, he was extremely rude and didn't care about our concerns.||This place is a scam! They take your money but don't provide even the most basic services. DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would.
