The hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, exceeding all expectations. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering a relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was a true highlight, with each dish prepared to perfection. The culinary team demonstrated exceptional skill and creativity, elevating the dining experience. A special commendation must be given to the cook, Jayed, whose talent and passion were evident in every bite.

Jaswant Vilas is located at approx 20 minutes drive from the airport . The external ambience is good as the gardens were well maintained and flowers were in full bloom. However it lacks basic services and furnishings . There are no hangers in the wardrobe, smart TV not recharged , no hand shower for bathing , intercom non functional etc . Even the staff is slow to react for any service eg getting a waterbottle to the room took almost 45 minutes and 3 visit to the reception as intercom was not functioning. Despite the shortcomings the price for stay was exorbitant. Not worth more than Rs 4000/- per day. Overall a bad experience.

Place was very large and good vibes there functions with 500 to 600 people can be done very easily my brothers engagement was done there it was quite superior and premium quality large centralised ac Haal with a medium size open garden

Right from entering hotel premises till we left everything was terrible. Guard doesn't where to park car for check in and take out our luggage. We booked two rooms for one day and paid INR 16200.00, rooms were ready at 6:30 PM. Finally rooms were given after 30 min but rooms were not clean, bathroom door was not opening from outside exhaust was removed. We have to ask for dental kit, sleepers, tea bags etc. When we went to hotel restaurant for dinner we were told that we are the only guest staying in hotel, they gave us menu of dinner but nothing was available except daal and aloo jeera, we ordered the same and waited for 30 minutes and shockingly first item they served was roti. We asked him to bring daal and vegetable first, after 10 min he served cold daal, we were angry and asked him to bring hot daal he served hot daal when we finished eating dinner. I am sure food was brought from outside dhaba. Most shocking part is that Make my trip is selling such hotels on there site, they sent me email to give review which is not working. Make my trip sold us two rooms for INR 16200 (INR 8100 per room) which was not worth INR 2000 per room. Finally in the morning at the time of check out I asked for match box, they took 10 minutes to check and then told me that they don't have match box, person standing at reception was busy in having tea and ordering paranthan for himself then checking out.

Absolutely worst service ive ever experienced. 0 professionalism, staffs are proudy and ignorant. Extremely late service. Giving one star for service only because there's no option for minus.

I stayed at hotel jaswant Vilas during my trip, one of the best hotel in prayagarj . Staff of the hotel are polite and very cooperative , maintenance and cleanliness is good.
