Hotel Vivek Prayagraj

Worst condition of rooms. Floor was dirty and bathrooms were not "bathable" at all. The front desk manager is extremely rude and doesn't listen to anything no matter what request you make. Keep on giving different answers to different guests. The extra mattress we took, was also stinking. Only good thing was the location. Don't go by pictures.

Very stinking rooms , the bathroom exhausts are connected probably. We got unbearable smell from the bathroom even when no one used it . Linens looked like reused from previous guest . I had a fantastic experience at Hotel Vivek! The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist with a smile

If Agoda (the booking site) included the real Hotel name or brand OYO in the hotel name, I would have stayed away with a 10-foot pole. It was a basic hourly hotel with really poor linen and towel quality. If it wasn't the desperate need around Kumbh Mela, I wouldn't have stayed there after seeing the place. Also, common areas and the place doesn't look anything like the pictures. I wouldn't recommend.

Perfect location, clean and hygienic rooms, great services, well behaved staffs and awesome food. Hotel Vivek is perfect place to stay with family & friends. Thank you for the amazing services.

We were stuck during Kumbh Mela processions trying to find the hotel location, almost gave up when a kind angel came to our rescue. Mr Faheem met us near the barricades and very promptly changed our booking from their other location (which I had booked) to the one which was minutes away thinking for our safety. He even took great care in finding us the best room possible, during such hike in demand. Sanjay ji too took great care of us, it was just me and my mother travelling we were tired and worried in a new state but Faheem truly stood out and welcomed us in true festive spirit gave us assurance and empathy, walked us to the hotel, got us checked in and gave us the best hospitality possible. Truly looking forward to come again with family and friends. Though being inter-faith he showed us the true spirit of Prayagraj, people like him make such remarkable contributions in our core memories, I will always remember him and his prompt care towards two random women walking for over 1.5 hours looking for directions, if it wouldn't have been him I almost thought of going back without doing my rituals, but glad we crossed paths. Hotel room was brilliantly clean and extremely comfy bed, washroom was top notch too. Would recommend 100%. Mr Faheem and Team Be Blessed Always

NO NO NO to HOTEL VIVEK, Johnstan Rd, prayagraj NO parking NO towels NO extra bed ( bed is too bad) NO breakfast ( they took charges) NO service High charges in season but no facilities Not for families It's typical OYO rooms lower grade. Rooms are high smelling. Bathroom is not good. Suggest people don't try at all in any conditions Even you can check reviews On AGODA BOOKING.COM etc. staffs are so rude and misbehaving. Because their Boss is An Advocate and they think they can do anything We complaint on 112 for their rudeness but they don't care and no worrying about the guests comfort. We booked 2 room with hotel vivek and paid 10,000 advances before 20 days but when we reached hotel they said there is no booking made and charge 17000 again at night time . We lost 27k with this hotel below is the police complaint copy attached
