Great Stay with Excellent Location and Clean Rooms During MAHA KUMBH, a friend recommended this hotel to me, so I decided to give it a try and made a booking. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect--close to everything. The rooms are new, well-maintained, and the toilets were clean, which I really appreciate. While I noticed some reviews mentioning staff behavior, my experience was different. The staff I interacted with were polite and even helpful. Maybe things have improved, or it depends on who you meet. Overall, a great choice! Completely recommend!

Stayed with family at Hotel Vishal during mahakumbh and i must say that we had very peaceful experience the rooms were nice and Clean as it was relatively new hotel but the staff was well-mannered and prompt service. Hygiene was also well maintained which made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay.

I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel, and I feel completely cheated. They charged me 8000 for a room that was nowhere close to what was advertised or expected. The room was filthy, with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. The walls were damp, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The air conditioning barely worked, and when I informed the staff, they just gave excuses and never fixed it. The Wi-Fi didn't work either, and the promised amenities like bottled water, toiletries, and room service were either delayed or unavailable altogether. When I raised these issues with the management, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. Instead of addressing the concerns, they tried to downplay everything as if it was normal. For 8000, I expected at least basic standards of hygiene and service, but this experience was far from that. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone--stay away unless you want to waste your money and ruin your trip. Absolutely disappointing!

This is one of the worst hotel I've ever seen especially in prayagraj. The AC wasn't even working and the staff was definitely non cooperative. You should never ever visit their hotel. The staff management was also really bad. They didn't arranged anything on time, our guests were really disappointed. They didn't even provide towels, soaps, water bottles in the room. NEVER VISIT THEM.

The manager attitude is so bad. He won't reply to you. We have to ask same question again and again but he refused to answer. We negotiated at 1600 rs total but when the payment were made they added 400rs and asked us to pay 2000. We had no option but to pay extra money without even taking any services. We were gone for the full day , hardly stayed at hotel but we still don't know why they added 400rs. It is not about money but about the deal. We had a very bad experience.

Decent hotel to stay in prayagraj ... Every auto wala will take you to this hotel as they have their commission fixed. But don't fall into the trap of autowalas as they will try to help you further with boats and restraunts and you have to pay extra price.

Worst hotel. Unsupportive staff. Rooms are too bad, too dirty, washrooms are uncleaned, mosquitoes all around. Will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Hated the stay!

Worst experience. It's better to stay at railway platform Zero rating for staff and cleanness of room and all services. They have not even provided the bill.
