Hotel Vashistha

Nice place to put up in budget. Good location. Rooms, bathrooms specious and tidy. Comfortable for staying with family. Staff supportive. Only issue was mosquitos so carry your mosquito repellent. Highly recommendable.

We paid a huge premium due to Maha Kumbh but did not receive any service compared to the price. I traveled with my family. The first room I was offered had somebody else's half eaten food plate (photo attached). Then I went back to the reception to ask for another room. The new room had crushed linen which clearly showed it was not changed after the previous guest slept in it. There were blood stains on the quilt (photo attached). No towel was provided and I had to follow up repeatedly to provide one. The person at the reception had no intention to provide a good service. There was no mineral water bottle provided in the room. We did not get the tea that we ordered. We had to keep following up for our food order. The room service food came with cold rice. The plates and cutlery provided were not clean. My room's electricity kept switching off due to a faulty main switch. The only advantage could be that this hotel is near to the Prayagraj junction. Avoid this hotel if possible, even the staff have no intention to provide a good service.

My parents visited Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh and stayed at Hotel Vashistha. Neat and clean spacious rooms, warm hospitality, excellent service, value for money. All staff are very courteous and helpful. Tasty food available at hotel.

this experience was very bad dirty rooms , blankets, clothes hanging on 5th floor not a good kitchen service we asked them butter they said we dont have when we went to the manager they gave us butter that time from the kitchen . a very bad experience

Nice Hotel, very cozy with AC and the bathrooms are neat and clear too. It also has homeroom service. The food is so delicious and warm that tastes every mouth.But sometimes its a little bit overpriced. This hotel also provides LIFT facility. Thanks a lot if you read till the end.
