This hotel and this hotel chain are not to be recommended. The customer service for the entire booking process is dubious. Despite the booking confirmation, the hotel was cancelled arbitrarily. Emails are not answered or answered incorrectly. Confusion of booking numbers, which are suddenly confirmed again and then cancelled again. Long waiting times for answers. I travel internationally a lot, but I have never experienced anything like this. Please do not transfer any money in advance. You don't know if the data is real or if someone has taken over the identity of this hotel and is then collecting money in fake accounts. Everything seems very untrustworthy and in no way professional or coherent in customer communication.

Charged 8k for stay, feel not more than 800 for the stay. Room was stinking with fungus smell and not clean. Beds, bed spread were not cleaned. Toilets were not clean, flush and geysers were not working or not repaired. Would not recommend any one.

Entire Fab hotels i find it fraud and unprofessional. Next time onwards i am categorically going to filter fab hotels Non ventilated rooms, very congested, i was not comfortable using they quilt and mattress considering hygine. If you are looking for a good hotel for your family, wont recommend this. Paid apprx 6k bcos of kumbha time else not worth more than 2K When i booked it for earlier price was approx 3.5K vai booking.com but knowing kumbha demand they called me asking for extra money etc. and abruptly cancelled my booking there after, highly unprofessional

The total experience with the hotel was the worst one I ever had in a hotel. I had booked this hotel with the FabHotel chain connection, but I could not find even a single FabHotel branding in the entire hotel. Cons- 1. The manager asked me to make a cash payment upfront. He didn't accept ANY form of cashless payment be it UPI, card or payment at online website. 2. I was forced to walk about 0.5 kms in search of a working ATM to get the cash for the payment. The manager didn't even pay the remaining change from the total money that I had paid. 3. No toiletries were provided during the stay except for a small soap. 4. No towels were provided, when asked about the same the manager told that due to rain, all the towels are wet. 5. Room was covered with mosquitoes, dampness and spider webs. And these were the best rooms that we could find. 6. No working landline to contact the front desk. I had to walk down to the desk to get anything done. 7. he stairs were completely dirty and filled with pan masala spitting. 8. I had to ask for an alternate arrangement to keep the mosquitoes outas the provided all-out machine wasn't working. The manager gave me an agarbatti for the same and asked me to keep the fan running in the middle of the cold night. Pros - The only good thing about the stay at the hotel was the fact that the hotel person let us choose the rooms in which we wanted to stay. This was overall a horrendous experience that I would suggest you to avoid.

Worst hotel in Prayag. Room is full of mosquitoes and pathetic service. Staff is rude and not clean. TV and AC won't work. I suffered by staying here for one day. Surrounding areas is not suitable for family. Don't book this hotel by looking pictures.

Booked via Booking.com in June but my room cancelled without reason 4 months later when they realised they could resell for more money. (they claimed foreigners can't stay - which is nonsense since they advertise in booking.com) ... they are basically price gougeing because of the big festival in town for my dates . Do not use as they are unreliable

Booking cancelled at a moment that there are no more hotels available and prices are really high. It actually happened with two hotels from FabHotels. Very unethical. Not a trustable company and hotel. Tomorrow I woke would need to buy the train tickets and now not possible any more.

My stay at Hotel Usha Continental was average. The rooms are okay but not very spacious. The service was quite slow, and the location is not ideal as there's constant traffic outside the hotel, which can be noisy. Another inconvenience was that the front desk insisted on cash payments as they don't have online payment options. While they have an in-house restaurant, they could only serve breakfast and asked us to order food from outside for other meals. Overall, it was a basic stay, but there's room for improvement in both service and amenities."
