Hotel Swagatam

It was pathetic experience in here. There were lizards in room. When asked Hotel staff to take care of them, they said lizards and cats cannot be handled, they can come any time inside room. Staff were too rude. All paint in the room is gone. Bathrooms were equal to public bathrooms. Smells very bad. In room they gave just a bed that too they charged 5k for this. Bed was also in very bad condition. They gave us used towels which is also smelly. I had to fight with them for better room for 5 hrs, after which they haven't changed them room and asked me to move out.

Whatever shown in pic it's not same, staff will chase you for tip , room and bathroom looks like garbage. Only front area and reception looks beautiful. Food highly overrated.

One of the worst hotels to stay here in non AC room .toilet was not clean,sweeping was not done,found empty alcohol Bottle inside pillow cover..they don't even give towel for bath.

Very baaaaaaad..... quality & maintenance are very poor. We have 2 rooms in one room there was one gyser, broken but working, but other room doesn't have any gyser. There is no similarities of room photos with actual conditions of rooms & bathrooms

This hotel is not good in term of services like rooms .. food is not hygienic...Dont touch there fixed thali ... staff is looking for tip for every small task. reception is bargain for 100-200 rs..

Staff is very unmannered and rude also rooms are like hell

Delux rooms are very small & no proper amenities provided. No cleanliness.

Room Service was very poor.
