The rooms were average. The service staff was good and polite. The service was also good. They have a restaurant in this hotel which is too good. Try their Veg special thali. The rooms were not cleaned properly. There were mosquitos and cockroaches in the rooms. I complained to reception for the same and they enacted the issue. But having cleanliness is a basic necessity in a hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Suncity Prayagraj. The price they charged was outrageously high compared to the quality of the rooms and services provided. The rooms were small, poorly maintained, and lacked basic amenities expected at this price point. To make matters worse, the service was subpar--unresponsive staff, slow service, and an overall lack of hospitality. It felt like they were just focused on making money rather than providing a comfortable stay for guests. For the amount they charge, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this hotel is not worth the price, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Located 1.5 km from Prayagraj Railway station. Book this hotel through makemytrip. Compare to other hotels I found it budget friendly. Must say that they have neat and clean room and also staffs are well behaving. They got their own restaurant.

One of the worst hotel (technically it is a lodge) I ever stayed.. their every photo on online portals are fake.. the person sitting at reception always have mouth filled with gutka.. they never care for guests.. and you know how much I paid them? 15000rs for just 40 hours.. okay.. even at the time of check out they charged me Rs.20 for a bottle of water which is free every day per room.. but no.. they haven't themselves visited any hotel so they don't know the basic rule. Soch samajh ke book karna.. and hourly booking is enough for this place.. they are real looters and cheaters

Very close to the railway station. Triveni Sangam is a 20 min drive. Service was good, no complaints. Rooms were average. Bathrooms need more detailed cleaning. Blankets didn't look clean. Towels had stains. Room was quiet and spacious.

Hotel is good.. Staff polite.. Location is very gud but little overpriced... Different rates on MMT and offline... On MMT they charge more than offline.... Food is very gud

A Disappointing Experience Our stay at Hotel Suncity was highly disappointing. We had booked two rooms for four adults, but a day before check-in, we received a message claiming there was an electrical issue at Suncity, and we were shifted to a nearby hotel, Hotel Shree. Upon arrival, we found Hotel Shree's rooms to be in terrible condition--far below acceptable standards. After a tough argument, we managed to get our rooms back at Suncity, only to realize that there was no actual power outage--rooms were available. This raised serious concerns about a possible scam where guests are downgraded to inferior hotels for profit. We even met another guest facing the same issue. Unfortunately, our troubles didn't end there. Suncity charged more than the amount we booked through Booking.com. The hotel itself was a nightmare--no WiFi, no kettle, no cups, dirty bedspreads, and an arrogant manager. Our room faced the road, and due to poor window sealing, the noise levels were unbearable. The room was also cramped and uncomfortable. It is shocking that Booking.com lists this hotel as a 5-star property when it barely meets basic standards. This is not a star hotel.

I Am Dr Srinivasa Gupta booked the room in Hotel Suncity , Prayagraj through booking .com for 3 night from 11 th to 14 th Feb , I payed 49516 / rs ,after receiving full amount, They changed my room to another hotel to Bless inn ( per day 2k) , they are saying technical reason, they are shifting , absolutely not true , They Hotel Suncity cheated me gave third class hotel , in hotel bliss in No Hot water / No lift / No Internet connection / No breakfast and lots of Dust . So pls Don't book Hotel Suncity , they are cheaters Tq
