HOTEL SUKHDHAM

Very poor experience. Scammers looted us in due to Kumbh. Room doesn't even deserve 1k and they charged us 23k for less than 12 hours and did not even provide refreshments or morning breakfast snacks when asked to in advance. Very poor behaviour from the manager and staff. The washroom has website, the beds were noisy and creeking and the bedsheets and comforter were reused and unwashed. The mattress was not comfortable either.. would not even recommend for 1K . The staff was noisy outside, unprofessional. People were making noise and there was no noise proofing.

The stay was okay and the staff were supportive. The food is really good. However in the room I stayed the flush in the bathroom wasn't working well. The bed sheets could have been cleaner and in better condition, as I noticed a couple of holes and signs of wear.

Excellent and very divine feelings. Staffs are very humble and polite. Its like home away from home. We all are very much thankful to Mr. Mohd. Taki Mr. Shrinath Mr. Lalit And all house keeping members, canteen members for their splendid service and caring. For all of us it was a sweet stay in a sweet home. God bless all.

The hotel was the worst I've ever encountered. The people at reception were extremely rude and unwilling to provide us with the room, even though we had made a reservation through the Agoda website. They also misled us by claiming we had booked for the wrong dates. Seems like some fraud is happening which is why they wern't prepared to offer us a room. Truly disappointing experience. After making a few calls and escalating the issue, we finally secured a room at this hotel.

I had high hopes based on the pictures online, but reality was a far cry from the glossy images. Here's why I would never recommend this place to anyone: 1. **Filthy Rooms:** The room I was assigned was disgustingly dirty. The sheets had stains, the floor was sticky, and there was a lingering smell of mildew. The bathroom was even worse--mold in the corners, a broken faucet, and no hot water. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. 2. **Unfriendly Staff:** The staff was rude and unhelpful. When I complained about the room, they shrugged it off and said, "This is what you paid for." No attempt was made to address my concerns or offer a better room. They seemed completely disinterested in providing any kind of service. 3. **Noise Pollution:** The walls are paper-thin, and I could hear every conversation, footstep, and door slam from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Sleep was impossible. To make matters worse, there was loud construction noise early in the morning right outside my window. 4. **Poor Amenities:** The so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a joke. The food was stale, cold, and barely edible. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, and the air conditioning in my room was broken, leaving me sweating through the night. 5. **Safety Concerns:** The lock on my door was faulty, and I didn't feel safe at all. The hallway lights were flickering, and the fire exit was blocked by stacked furniture. It felt like a lawsuit waiting to happen. 6. **Overpriced:** For the terrible quality of service and facilities, the price was outrageously high. I've stayed in budget motels that were far cleaner, safer, and more comfortable than this place. In summary, Hotel Sukhdham is a complete letdown. It's poorly maintained, poorly managed, and offers zero value for your money. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else--anywhere else. I will never return and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this dump.

This hotel is ok for short stays. We stayed here for a night for business reasons. The rooms are not very clean and the staff not so prompt. |The car can drop you but there is no space for parking at the front. Food is good. Overall our experience was an average one.

We stayed at hotel Sukhdham while attending the maha kumbh mela. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly & attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel. Our experience was superb.

They are fraudulent. Even with a legitimate booking ID, they will claim it is fake and refuse to provide a room. After escalating the issue to the customer care we were alloted the room. Staff at the reception were unprofessional and lacked manners and training.
