Hotel Royal Galaxy

We were three couples. All rooms were extremely bad, unhygienic, almost zero service, with non functional electric switch points. No phone in Room#403. The toilet commode seat cover was missing in Room#401, Window-AC in Room#403 is adjacent/touching the bed, almost whistling into the sleeping person's ears. There were traces & signs of bed-bugs in all three rooms on 3rd floor... #401, #402, #403. Main door of Room#402 could not be locked from inside, due to faulty lock-mechanism. Breakfast was included in our booking, but they said we only have one item- Aloo Paratha for breakfast.

Below are some of the critical issues I faced during my stay:||Leaking AC and Damp Room: The air conditioner was leaking, leaving the room damp, smelly, and completely unhygienic.||Broken Bathroom Fixtures: The bathroom pipes and walls were in a state of disrepair, adding to the overall neglect.||Filthy Bedding: The bed linens smelled foul--comparable to rotten eggs--and were as dirty and discolored as unwashed railway linens.||Unhygienic Kitchen Area: The in-house kitchen lacked even the most basic hygiene standards, making it unsuitable for food preparation or service.||Unprofessional Staff: The staff appeared poorly trained and unprofessional, unable to handle basic guest interactions or maintain service quality.||No Wi-Fi or Mobile Network: There was absolutely no Wi-Fi available, and even mobile network coverage was practically non-existent. This left us completely disconnected and isolated throughout the stay, making it extremely difficult to communicate or manage any urgent work.||Non-Functional Television: The television in the room was not operational due to an expired subscription. Despite multiple follow-ups with the staff, there was no resolution provided during the entire duration of the stay.||Lift Out of Service Without Prior Notice: The elevator was out of order, and the staff failed to inform us beforehand. To make matters worse, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor, and had to repeatedly climb up and down for any basic service request--this was extremely exhausting and inconsiderate.

We 3 couples have recently stayed at this hotel. Booking was done through MMT. Very pathetic room condition , room service . The door of my room 402 could not be locked also from inside.Breakfast was free but only Aloo paratha was available. Not worth for the price they charge. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Royal Galaxy, and unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean, with visible dust and dirt that made the stay uncomfortable. To add to this, the pillow covers were torn and looked unkempt, which really impacted the overall hygiene standards.

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay at Royal Galaxy during my Kumbh mela visit, The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful (Mr Ashish and Mr Kapil). Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Hotel's location was ideal for Kumbh Mela, also within walking distance to major attractions. On request hotel arranged a cab for us from railway station to hotel, as we were reaching station at very late night, We would definitely stay here again.

Worst experience, highly overpriced, rooms too small and useless fixture. Pathetic service . It only have locational advantage

If you are looking hotel near to temple,you can book this hotel but don't expect any good ambience

it was one of the worst staying experience i have ever. staff specially reception was very rude. food provided by restaurant were not cooked properly. room was very messy even the jet of washroom was not working. mouse as roaming whole time in my room and has bitten my valuables. they demanded extra money for 2-3 extra hours. it was really a bad experience.
