Not a recommendable hotel. The reception and the manager were useless. Not of any help. Service was being provided by only one man on our floor, and so service was late. The heater blew cold air instead of hot air, bed covers and blankets had holes in them. And the most terrible thing that I ever expected in a hotel room was that there were small cockroach es in the room too! None of the rooms were maintained properly. Even the door did not lock well. The cups and dishes that in which food were served were also cracked. We checked in at late night and we did not get any hot water, they said their boiler operated only in the morning. If you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay I recommend some other hotel. This hotel should really improve themselves.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rooms were dirty, ac wasn't working properly, dust and stains everywhere. When asked about cleanup everyone started arguing about how busy they are. When asked about AC remote.. Inko sabluch chahiye was the reply. Food was aslo cold. Staff is hostile and will not cooperate. Absolutely worst experience. Premium deluxe room feels like some heliish nightmare. Would not recommend. One would be better off staying and sleeping in car. Not even worth zero star. Looks like a premium place from road side but rooms are terrible... Smelly! Not even mosquito repellent was provided... Loads of mosquito In all rooms.

Total fraud and lies they claim to book@30% less but charging exorbitantly high. They then say to book through the site and the services are not provided because it was through online site. If booked directly then they provide the services and other amenities. Keep your own respects and never fall on this craps.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I will give it a negative rating but gave 1 rating just because their buffet breakfast was good(which was complimentary with our room). The location is good because you have a lot of eateries and a quite near to the railway station. Approximately 5 min walk. The staff especially at the front desk and service guy, is quite rude , non cooperative, ignorant, and adamant. Even if you try calling them via room , they do not pick up the call, and if they pick up the call, they cut on your face. First of all, they gave us smaller room than what we booked.We booked room for 3 adults , and literally, there was no place for the 3 rd person to sleep.The room looked so cheap and definitely not 1 star hotel as well.The taps was not working. We were not provided with 3 towels for 3 adults. The front desk people tried cheating us. We had to really waste 2 to 3 hrs to get the right room after involving make my trip and hotel manager. After all this, we could get the right room booked. Hotel krishna rcg hotel In-house restaurant is available. The buffet has a wide spread , and it tastes ok. Not at all recommended.

Good location; Hot water Facility available from 7am. Self cooking facility available for tourists. Water leakage observed in the 4th floor on the pathway. If you use staircase, mind your steps. We were not able to collect partial room rent from Cockroaches. Don't forget to wear mask if you step out.

I stayed in a non-AC standard room, which was simple and affordable. The room service was quick, and the food was average. While not luxurious, it's a good option for a short and budget-friendly stay.

We were booked 10 rooms for group. Charges Rs.1600/- for 2 person in one room. We found so many complaints ........ Rooms Clean nahi thhe. Taps leaks, hot water problems thhe. Cockroaches thhe. Ceiling leakage. etc....

My experience here was not pleasant and full of disappointments. As per the Tariff the hotel is not well maintained. I stayed G6 room on ground floor. The room size is decent but cleanliness was not upto mark. The curtains had dirt. The washroom did not had hot water and worst part was that in evening around 8 pm when we where having dinner in our room, they did mosquito killing spray which even can inside our room from bottom of doors and then we started chocking in our rooms and shocked to see the huge smog coming. When I called on Reception the person said its mosquito spart from muncipality and the smog will go away in 30 minutes. Similarly when I enquired why hot water is not coming in bathroom he said it will come once you empty out 3-4 buckets and then touched water and said now its becoming warm but actually geyser was not coming. So my conclusion is this place has people with mindset not focused on serving but rather doing unnecessary arguments to hide there mistakes. Overall the staff served me well with food so I tipped him. Food is ok here and I have no complaints on this. But staff and reception should show more empathy towards their guests and should listen to their needs . I was staying with my Father who is stroke patient and smog coming inside room due to any reason is not accepted. Hence I rate it Overall as bad experience.
