Hotel Prayag Inn

Excellent Hotel. Food Quality is good. Staff is very polite and cooperative. They upgrade our room from deluxe to executive room without charging any extramoney. Really enjoyed our stay. Near to Railway station and Sangamghat.

Worst experience ever. Room service was not good enough. Picked up Holi time when they didn't have enough staff. But available staff didn't even care about guests. The main desk person wasn't available most of the time. Calling multiple times from the room phone never got answered. Every time the server comes to drop something, he deliberately asks for money. Hotel restaurants weren't fit for cleanliness. Seems like house of decease. Saw hotel staff cleaning spoons with a bed sheet. That was some different level of experience. The room never got re arranged. After all this, they still charge me for full money and dare to ask for extra money. For that, we asked some water bottles in the room and tea delivered to our room.

Review for Prayag Inn I stayed at Prayag Inn recently, and my experience was underwhelming. While the location is convenient, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, taking too long to address even simple requests. Housekeeping was particularly disappointing--rooms were not cleaned properly, and the bathroom had visible hygiene issues that made my stay uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with dusty furniture and stained linens. The lack of attention to these basic details gives the impression that the hotel management doesn't prioritize guest satisfaction. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and cleanliness standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless these issues are addressed. It has potential but needs significant improvement in service and hygiene.

Very annoying senior staff who kept saying how expensive the rooms will be during Kumbh Mela. Them giving us towels also felt like they were doing a favor to us. When asked for toilet paper, we were given paper napkins grudgingly because the "toilet roll managing guy was absent" - an insult to the customers! For my friends, they were trying to remove tea/coffee provided in the room because it was chargeable, and "would be too expensive for them". Good infrastructure but would never go again and would never recommend it to anyone else. It is a business yes, but attitude matters too!

Lousy service , impolite reception staff , average food preparation ..room condition average , hygiene average . Overall not an appealing place to park oneself. I would not recommend this place unless in an emergency situation , without any choice. The maha kumb mela gave them an opportunity to overprice the tariff without commensurate services .|The young owner was extremely courteous and welcoming , that was the best part.

Rooms are really good neat and clean Service is poor, complementary breakfast could not be served till 9 am Location is difficult to access during kumbh mela

An average as compared to the rate is not a good welcome drink is good
