0/5 - Extremely Disappointed! I had a terrible experience at Hotel Platinum Inn, Prayagraj. I had booked a stay and was supposed to check in on 2nd February, but due to a slight delay in my arrival, I was given the last remaining room, which was in horrible condition. The room was not even cleaned before handing it over. The toilet was filthy, unhygienic, and lacked proper maintenance. The room was extremely congested with no proper spacing. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing. The service was terrible, and the staff's communication and hospitality were extremely poor. Breakfast and food service were also very disappointing, with no proper arrangements and poor quality. For the high prices they charge, this place offers nothing close to a proper hotel experience. Instead, it felt like a cheap dharamshala that should be free rather than an expensive stay with zero service and hospitality. Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Pictures on their website are misleading, infact i wouldn't hesitate to call it fake. No ventilation in rooms/bathrooms(No window or extractor fan) make someone difficult to breathe especially when people before you stayed there were smokers and you're not. Rooms and washrooms were not cleaned, its like they do not clean after previous guest checks out. Dust had settled everwhere -bed, side, tables, lamp. We did the booking and complete payment online and yet hotel receptionist asked for extra charges saying-"Sometime booking apps like MMT dont pay them in full thats why we have to pay them the extra charges they've asked for" . Very unfrofessional and unethical No point of getting in details further. Just one last thing-I'd never recommend someone to stay there even for Free.
