HOTEL NAVEEN CONTINENTAL

The hotel was good, staff was also good n attentive. The food here is very nice....We had enjoyed it thoroughly. Rooms were good but a little stinky. May be we visited during mahakumbh so due to rush they might not b able to manage it. Otherwise I recommend this place if u visit prayagraj fr a good stay n good food.

We stayed here for one night and experience was not upto the mark. Travelled on 29/12/2024. Pros - 1)Food was served as alacarte and tasted good Cons - 1)The hotel is located amidst a congested locality. 2)Civil work was going on at the hotel's entrance which made more difficult to even enter. 3)The corridors were not clean and there was an awful smell always. 4)Some carpentry work was going on in one of our room and they had kept the window open. Due to this, the room was flooded with mosquitoes and there was no action taken by the hotel authorities to fix this!

Worst hotel award goes to Naveen continental Prayagraj. They will confirm your booking through call and if they get another customer with higher tariff they will cancel your hotel booking by giving lame excuses. They are just scamming people because of high demand of hotels in Prayagraj. Don't stay in this hotel

Worth place for just having food. I was there few days ago for dinner with my relatives. It's a actually restaurant cum bar. In the same hall you can drink or have food. No separate smoking area due to this if u will there just for having food you will exhaust from cigarette smoke.

Very bad experience. Staff has too much attitude. Even after informing about check out they tried to charge half day extra Very disappointed. Will never recommend

Need to redefine the 3 start hotel as I don't think this hotel worth more than a start. Rooms are not at all comfortable. Now windows, particular smell that irritates us. We offered a room with small windows and broken curtain rod without curtain. Not many alternatives in breakfast and the taste was worst the steer food.

Big thanks to all Rooms are clean and like there hospatality,staff & service was good. Pilgrimage made memorable.

Service and staffs are very polite and friendly... rooms are also in good condition... location wise also good, near to railway station ..
