I recently stayed at Hotel Milan Palace and had an exceptional experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was good but the hotel service was below average. The deluxe Room was not meeting 3 star rating. The day we checked in the room wasn't cleaned properly. We found leftover food in the fridge. The Manager was very adamant and rude, never seen smile on his face and was very hard to deal with. Internet service was working only on the floor where accommodation was, but not throughout the hotel. My overall experience with this hotel was very poor. Never visit this place again.

It is a Nice clean hotel on busy street. Self with 2 collogues booked 3 rooms here for a night for business purpose. And our experience turned out really good. The rooms are good and staff is courteous. There is enough space for car pickup, drop even when the street remains busy through the day specially during evenings.

We had party in Milan didn't liked the services. 1) decorations was very poor, charges was very high but decoration was very ordinary. Stage was too small.Charges what they took was double compare to other venues so expectations was high but they did like some one immature person did decorations 2) drinks was not at all cool and it was like drinking coloured water after complaining 4-5 times they didn't worked on it but they stopped serving. 3) snacks were not served hot. And quality was also not as good as expected 4)staff were not listening 5) parking space is less and management is not accurate. It is expensive hotel but service is like some local hotels. Very disappointed with Milan never expected this kind of service as in past we had so many function but this time they degraded their quality in every thing. Very poor experience in this hotel, if you want to have a party at this hotel, bring along an extra person who can watch the plate count, and the managers and employees of the hotel staff also feed the customers staying in their hotel rooms at your party. So you should come to this hotel only after thinking carefully. Very very poor service in this hotel.

There is construction going on in the hotel, so reception is shifted to basement. It is a little tough for elderly or differently abled guests to negotiate the access ramp. Our allotted room was extremely dirty. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The toilet seat was blood stained! The phone was not working, even to complain to reception. On complaining repeatedly to the manager in person, they allotted us another, relatively cleaner room, with a working phone. On the plus side, the staff were very courteous and helpful. Buffet for all meals and food was good. Wifi was good.
