Hotel Milan (A Boutique Hotel)

We went there for mahakumbh mela tho we didn't expect much luxury or a 100% perfect stay there, but still this hotel and the reception staff was the worst people we interacted... they were not even supporting us for single bottle of water .... We just wanted them to help us and talk to us properly as we were new to the state. We fould a rat under our bed they ignored my complaint... we stayed there 3 days paid 9k per day but for zero facilities.

Rooms were good but not that much maintained, bathroom were nice and clean but soups and shampoo holder were not there even there was no 24 hours hot water available and that is a disappointed point. Food was amazing and tasty and only room dining was there.I think if anyone want to take rest for an hour it is a good option to take these hotel.

This property is weirdly overpriced. Not just that, the rooms were not cleaned at all. Poor hygiene and unbearable smell. Staff is not friendly and not at all trained. Booked room for three people but despite multiple requests no one bothered to put extra bed in the room. There should be an option to put negative score for service for this hotel. Book OYO instead, please don't book this hotel.

Be very cautious before booking this hotel. It is not the same Milan Palace as the one in Civil Lines. The rooms are extremely small, like windowless boxes, and very humid. The AC doesn't work properly, and if you arrive in the evening, forget about hot water--hot showers are only available in the morning. The bedsheets, pillows, comforter, and pillowcases were dirty--completely unacceptable, not even up to a one-star standard. The room I booked was in terrible condition--trust me, it was really bad. The comforter was smelly and even had a suspicious red mark (possibly gutka). Although the front desk staff and other employees were polite, the rooms were simply awful. Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance--always check the room before booking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very bad Hotel in pryagraj, I had booked for 5 days but i checked out after 1 day. The man at the reception was talking very aggressively. The hotel rooms are very small and all of them smell of dampness. Breakfast is not served before 9 o'clock. lots of very good hotel in this area with lowest price but not recomended this hotel service was poor and price is very high, Do not judge hotel room by photo's.

Situated at Station Road, Prayagraj, Hotel Milan is a good place to stay at Rs. 2500 for double occupancy room (with spacious bed) provides a decent stay. Through the food was not availed here (as a pilgrimage tour we had our own cook - kitchen provided for preparing food). The ambience is very nice. The lift, common seating area, ventilation, approach to the hotel are good. However the rooms are not fitted with geyser and hot water to take bathe is supplied by bucket. Here, the hotel lags behind and this service is very poor. Hence I'm giving all round rating as 3 stars.

It's nearby Prayagraj main railway station(walking distance). The road is called Station Road on which this hotel is situated. It's nearly 8km from Sangam point. On normal days it's easy to get for travelling to nearby tourists spots temples etc. On the days of Mahakumbh Shahi Snan It's very difficult to reach sangam point because of unavailability of Vehicles. Room is descent. Ambiance is good. I stayed at Deluxe Room. Sharing the pics for reference. Room was spacious. Breakfast was included and even Room service for Night food also available. But issue is getting hot water for bathing. Even after repeated request didn't get hot water supply. Landline, TV, Electric kettle, Dressing Mirror, Cupboard, Central Air conditioning system available. Lift is also available. Nearby medical shop is there too.

Highly uncooperative staff, not safe for women, had drunken man knocking at our room door at 2 am in night. The reception does not pick up the phone. It's a 2 star hotel not a 3 star as mentioned in google.
