Hotel Kaveri

Horrible experience. Small rooms and very low ceiling full of mosquitoes A person with 5.7 height has to lower his head before entering the room and bathroom. No space. The resturant had pathetic service and food. Should not stay there even if it's free. Careless attitude of the staff and no accountability. Not recommended for anyone.

We booked the hotel directly by calling them. Stayed during kumbh. Room prices were highly inflated due to kumbh. We booked the delux room. Room was okiesh but bit small in size. We complained about the bedsheet and pillow covers, they immediately changed them. Washroom was clean enough and basic toiletries where provided. Towels were also provided. Bedsheet and towels changed on daily basis. Service was good and prompt. Restaurant food was also nice. Hotel is on the main road and toto/auto easily available. Overall a good stay.

Don't trust this booking through hotels.com I made a booking 3 months in advance to ensure my booking, called an hour before reaching this hotel and when I arrived they learnt that they cannot give away their rooms cheaper now that was blocked 3 months before, they simply denied our stay mentioning that they cancelled it. Neither I got an email, nor I saw any calls. This is clear temptation and cheating.

The hotel is not even a star , rooms are small with zero focus towards cleanliness,over charged as prices are hiked because of Mahakumbh , we were fine with it as we understand it is Mahakumbh. If it was just normal days it's worth is not more than 1500/day for a room for which we paid 7500/day. So for Mahakumbh it is perfect location wise. Food was good enough to survive. If it was not for Mahakumbh , it was a 100% no no for our group.

Worst Hotel. No cleanliness. No hygiene. Tent level service. Never go to this hotel. No consumables. No bathroom kit. Only good thing is that good hot water in morning.

Please do not go to this hotel, it has the worst service, the worst rooms and the worst food They did not provide any room service or any kind, the sheets from the previous night where still there (used sheets) (whilst we were outside from 9am to 12pm at midnight) We asked when breakfast was on the first day and they said 7am, today it's the second day we are at this hotel and we went done for breakfast at 7:54 am and they have not put ANY food out, because "apparently" now we have to ask them every night when breakfast is going to be the next morning We shouldn't have to tell people to do their jobs management clearly has been lacking at this hotel and what's worse is that during their renovation are electrical lines dangling from the ceilings someone could get hurt and be shocked to death and it makes me feel EXTREMELY unsafe The photos and videos they have put on Google maps do not show the real hotel we saw those original photos and that's why we booked this hotel they mislead us with those photos and videos

We stayed in hotel Kaveri during our visit to Prayagraj. Rooms are good. But they can give little more importance for cleaning. Because wardrobe is too dusty. Lunch was not up to the mark. But for morning breakfast we had Aloo paratha which was tasty. Staffs are very good and polite. Only thing is they said breakfast will be ready by 7:30 in the morning and we came @ 7:30 as we were having other places to visit but waited for 1hr for breakfast.

Reception desk are unprofessional and untrained ....they miscomunicate and asking for extra money after checkout without verifying their details....need to improve and room is not ventilated smells bad even after cleaning
