Amazing place. Its better than Marriotts in general. I love it here. Very well equipped. You can get amazing stay and food. Staff is very considerate. I would love to stay here again. Clean, well maintained and rooms are quite big with details.

Awesome experience. Nothing less than 5 star. All staff very humble, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is good too. Lots of variety. Rooms extremely nice, big and clean. On this religious trip, I stayed in many 5star hotels but this one was the best hands down. Highly recommended

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. I stayed here with my family in royal club room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is very nice and close to the sangam to take the holy dip. Service by the staff is very quick and nice. Overall had a great experience. I highly recommend this place

Absolutely perfect hotel for Prayagraj, compact , efficient and excellent service. The reception was efficient. Rooms were spacious, well lit and aerated.The bathroom too was well designed and stocked with daily need items.Housekeeping was quick, attentive and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel checkout procedure is very bad. We were standing at checkout desk today about 9:00 am. The employee started checking us out. In between some other person came and asked him to check him out. That employee left us in between and started checking him out before us. I felt that my business is not important for your hotel. In my opinion all hotel guests should be treated fair and equal. || Beside that everything else was good.

First impressions of the hotel were that it was old and in need of a renovation. However, my room had recently been renovated and i was extremely pleased with the amenities and layout. It was clean and the shower really powerful.|The bar was a dark and uninviting room, where they played rather loud pop music, not conducive to a relaxing drink! But the bar staff were friendly, there was a large tv showing the India V Australia ICC semi final and i suggested they turn off the music and we watch the game! So a great evening ensued and India won!|I ate in the main dining room of the hotel next to the bar and the food was absolutely delicious!|Breakfast was in a restaurant in the lobby level, the usual buffet affair and more than adequate. I am a coffee drinker, a cup of instant coffee was made which was disgusting, but after asking for a fresh coffee, a super double espresso coffee from a machine was suppled. ( I was very surprised to see a kettle and instant coffee used by the staff the make coffee!)|I enjoyed my stay but the reception area of the hotel needs a refurbishment!

Everything was perfect, Checkin , room service , housekeeping, staff attitude. Hotel checked all boxes for a perfect stay. If you want a great experience in Prayagraj look no further .We were in a club room which was spacious and well lit. Keep up the good job !!

Hotel is very good,Mr. Pranav, Ghanshyam & Pradumn behaviour is very good. I would recommend my friends to come and stay here. In the end I would like to say that the hospitality here is number one Thankyou so much all of you dear team Hotal kanha shyam
