Hotel Hira Inn

Lovely stay..The junior suite rooms with window are good value for money. Decent breakfast and restaurant serves good veg/non veg meals. The Housekeeping staff needs to polish a bit on interacting with guests. Asked for towels to be replaced, which was promptly done..Only after receiving some unsolicited advice from the housekeeping staff who was delivering the towels that the "towels we were returning weren't solied that much".. uncalled for ! Another unnecessary irritant was a call everyday at 7.30 am in the morning asking us to come for breakfast. Check with guests beforehand if they want to be woken up for a breakfast reminder..all may not need it, we surely didn't. That said, rooms looked brand new, good linen, clean bathroom, water pressure in shower was amazing (well worth mentioning). The location is bit away from Boat club (abt 8km to Killa Ghat, 4.5km to Boat club)..but has a pharmacy across the road. We got it for a good rate on MMT and were happy with the stay.

Rooms - Good, with ample space and cleanliness. Staff - Good, with quick response time. Food - Good, with option to eat at restaurant, or room. Location - OK type area, but not very upmarket, pretty much like a laid back residential area

Had a bad experience with the front desk of this otherwise decent property. The front desk staff is extremely rude and acts as if they are doing you a favour by providing you a room. Extraordinary airs, you have to wait even when they are standing and doing nothing while waiting to check in.. No one available to even carry your luggage down the stairs to the reception which is a flight of tricky stairs down. I had to leave my suitcase on the stairs unattended while I went down to the reception where the front desk attendant made me wait 20 mins to check in on the premise that he is attending to other guests. The other guests had checked in and their luggage was being transported to their rooms and the front desk person was free. This was during my stay in between 4-5th March'25. Considering I am a solo woman traveller, i wanted to go with a familiar place and hence I tried booking this property again for my return trip from Prayagraj from 7-8th March'25. I talked to the front desk, sent them an email, received confirmation of availability and also transferred the full room rent in the evening on 6th March'25. Subsequent to which I called up the front desk and asked them to confirm the receipt. I was informed after 5 hours of the payment transfer communication that the rooms are no longer available and i need to share my bank account details via a cancelled cheque to get a refund. I had transferred the full payment of the room via PhonePe to their official UPI Id . On requesting to return the amount.by the same means have been very rudely informed by their front office that you have to follow their procedures else forfeit the money. Some level of harassment this is. The least you can do while releasing a room booking is inform the customer and stop asking for unnecessary financial information. Please enjoy the Rs. 5500 I have paid into your accounts and haven't availed any services against it.

The best hotel in Prayagraj. We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The highlight was the restaurant, which serves quality food. Ashu, the staff member, was ever-smiling and happily served us. We had a wonderful stay.

Food was very hygienic and mind blowing. Very underrated restaurant I must say. We were highly impressed with the food. They brought unique flavours, very individualist against the mainstream flavours you try at restuarants. Surely I only speak for the non-veg platter. We didn't try anything veg. Overall great experience.

It's a nice small hotel, but they should have informed that all of their rooms are window-less! Hence, no chance of any natural light in the rooms.|The hotel is clean, well maintained with the staff doing a good job overall. Restaurant is also good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hira inn From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients.The service was excellent, and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay. Location is half an hour away and traffic is messy with road work in progress. Appreciate the food and hospitality of Kamal Mishra and Aashu. They made the stay pleasant with good food. Overall a wonderful experience
