The courtesy extended to us during our stay of 3 days in your hotel deserves appreciation. Despite the rush of pilgrims we had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness and house keeping are of highest standards. Also the hotels staff were willing to help and guide us always.

Horrible. This review is based on my personal experience. Interiors in the room is deteriorated. Room stinks , hospitality is not good. Poor restaurant service. They couldn't accommodate curd rice for 3.5 years child . Room service staffs are not well trained. I didn't have pleasent stay. Mosquitos are all over and hotel guys are not bothered to provide a repellant. Worst stay ever. They deliver food after it becomes cold. We had to wait almost 1.5 hours to receive 2 sandwiches and one plate pakoda and 2 coffees.

This hotel is in the shopping mall. We booked this hotel because of some business work. I called them 3 times to get WiFi password, I don't know why they didn't want to give. Overall it was good experience. Breakfast was not good. So during your visit don't book the room with breakfast instead try KFC and FIKA cafe near this hotel, highly recommended to visit the fika cafe.

Stayed there during Kumbh from 23-25 Feb 2025. Got reservations during that time - that is a big thing. Hotel is within a shopping mall with other stores around. Auto and Uber taxi available conveniently from outside. Decent stay. First day the room had some smell which was addressed immediately. Staff is polite and helpful. We ended up eating our meals at Fika which is located within the hotel building. The restaurant is owner by the hotel owners only. Imagine finding sushis in Prayagraj and with such a potent wasabi. People were ordering on Zomato too. El Chico is within a walk - another good restaurant close by. Overall a decent hotel to stay in. Some rooms are renovated and some maybe old. Decor could need an upgrade perhaps. But the rooms were clean nevertheless.

Very Sorry. No humanity we felt. Service team need more Humanitarian and hospitality Training. Lots of bad experiences. But we are not expressing. We begged one drop of liquid soap for washing eye lens... But.. the answer was NO BATH ROOM.. NO SOAP.. GEL ANY THING.. 10 MONUTES LATE.. NO COMPLIMENTATY FOOD WE ARE NOT REVOMMEDING THIS PLACE.

If I can give rating in minus that would be appropriate for this third class hotel owner and receptionist.Called up multiple times to extend my booking but they never called back and neither refunded the advance of Rs 8500 taken in so called pilgrimage place.Any ways beware if you are booking this third class property
