Staying at this hotel was truly a luxurious experience. The interior design is elegant and sophisticated, and every corner of the property is spotless. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. The spa and dining options were exceptional -- especially the fine dining restaurant, which served gourmet meals in a serene atmosphere. I loved every moment of my stay and would rate it 10/10.

The room was so disgusting that in the cupboard there was liquor and the food smelled bad and got insects on it ,the ac was leaking on the bed , when we went to complain about the room they didn't care at all every room was like that only cigarettes were in the room.This all happened on 5th March 2025

Probably, this is one of the worst hotels in prayagraj..rooms and toilets are dirty, and I found lots of hair on the bedsheet..even small insects were roaming at night. my suggestion is to avoid this hotel if possible.
