Had a great stay at Hotel Crown Palace. Room was spacious and comfortable, food was really good, they arranged no-onion no-garlic food for us which was our preference. Staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and always eager to help with any request. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Location was also very good, not far from popular sightseeing spots.

Had a great stay at the property. The staff is helpful and have serving attitude. The rooms were clean with ample amount of space. Overall the property is located in the heart of the city with good ambience.

I had a terrible experience with Crown Palace Hotel. They initially asked for a 50% advance payment for booking, which I paid. Later, they insisted I pay the remaining amount, falsely assuring me that it would be credited back to my account. When I refused to pay further, they kept calling me repeatedly, pressuring me for the remaining amount. However, when I demanded a refund of my advance payment, they stopped answering my calls altogether. I have lost my hard-earned money to these fraudsters, and I strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel. Had a pleasant stay. Room was neat and clean, food was good and staff was very helpful. Overall had a great experience

Bad experience. The hotel is going through renovation. The hotel didn't inform us about it.Lots of dust and dirt all over the place.Dust was falling when we switched on the A.c.Some of us got allergies. Very high price bad service. Pls don't go here
