Hotel Cosmopolitan Rooms & Banquet

The rooms are good. Washrooms were not that clean. The property is in mid of civil lines prayagraj. Overall experience was okay. The breakfast variation were very limited and they took alot of time to bring breakfast too. We had dinner outside. So no idea how their food taste is. Rooms are also good and spacious.

Bathroom is having very dirty smell. After applying room freshner, within 2 hrs smell is started once again. Kettle is provided at 10 p.m. in NOT in WORKING CONDITION. Intercom not working and in some room not installed. Kettle is not provided in many rooms.

Rooms are spacious n clean. You can call very good but not excellent. Room rates I got was Rs 2500/- per night including tax n breakfast. Adequate parking space availabl for four wheeler n two wheeler.. location is good but not very good. Staff is very good. Overall experience is very good..

Great rooms and very good location too. Many restaurants are present nearby and as well as the main market is also nearby just a walk of 2 mins. Great overall.

Badly maintained rooms and wash rooms. No basic facilities like hot water. Not even providing fresh towels. Rooms infested with cockroaches. Very pathetic service, unfriendly staff. Never ever recommend this hotel

It's very dirty, unhygienic and foul. It feels like a train station. Highly overpriced for what they offer. Offered parking in the listing, wherein there is no parking at all. No towel. No soap. No water. Complained and got the room changed but still barely got anything better. The floor was sticky. The ceiling had holes which were covered with paper and cello tape. The staff was highly unprofessional. The walls had nasty stains and the room smelled foul as well. Tops the list of my bad experiences with stays. Not recommended at all.

Hotel is awesome. Rooms are very good and clean. Food is the best part of this hotel. Staff are so good.

Excellent sevice and behaviour of the staff. Excellent cleaned room and well maintained beds. Bath rooms conditions are excellent.
