Hotel Blue Diamond, Prayagraj

Ummm it was not good for wedding, it was so so crowded the wedding i attended even though the people were divided into 2 floors but it's just so congested, but yeah rooms were nice and spacy so if you're on vacation or holiday yes you can stay it was clean, toilets were clean, staff was nice and the room i saw in that there was a nice cupboard with so many drawers, bed was big enough and there was a sofa and a center table yeah so it was all great but not for wedding

Located in middle of the city is the only good thing about the hotel. Management is very pathetic, staff started to switch off the lights and removing chairs even when guests were there in the hall. We took one paid room but still forced to vacate the room. Welcome boards were promised but not arranged quoting the reason of trafic. Manager showed inability to arrange dry ice which we ultimately we had to arrange. Snacks were not served to guests who arrived after 1-2 hrs of commencement of function. Overall it was a bad experience as a host of an engagement party.

Not happy with the management. Recently I attended the engagement function quality of food was good but didn't like the hospitality of the staff.The staff members were not copertative specially the manager.He was too Adamant for the timings during the whole programme we were continuously forced to hurry up and wrap up the function as soon as possible.I never recommend for this hotel to anyone.They even charged for the things which were not arranged by them.Worst experience Ever

Very worst serve the food as given pre order for as discussed no of guest...but hotel management fail to his words..many guest leave empty plate and they finished without taking dinner... Such a first time to see this type of service...

Md mr. mohit was very rude and they don't have manners to talk to people, the service was verybad so please guys don't stay anyone, I never recommend for this hotel to anyone. Worst experience Ever

Asking us to abruptly vacate the premises, removing chairs, and being dismissive of our concerns is unacceptable. This isn't just about my event; I've seen numerous reviews highlighting similar issues with your staff's behavior. It's alarming and reflects poorly on your establishment. Basic courtesy and respect are essential in the hospitality industry. Your staff's actions fell short of these expectations. Requesting guests to leave in a respectful manner would have been more appropriate. Instead, your staff's behavior left a sour taste. Unless you address these issues and train your staff on proper customer service, I fear for the future of your business. It's not like what it's shows. It's very different the behaviour, the management staffs and all are really like the are governing the things those who books for a event get trap. Until you book the behaviour is very different after booking it's 180degree changed.

This hotel was booked for my sister's engagement and initially at the time of booking and payment they were very polite and hospitable. But at the day of engagement they had their worst behaviour possible.The staff,manager all were very insolent and they had the worst management. We had already told them about the number of people who are attending the function and even after that there was shortage of food. During the ceremony the staff was impatient and hostile When there was a slight delay in time the staff, manager all created a environment of panic,they began to switch off the AC and started folding the chairs even when all the guests were still present. They lack professionalism and we can't even enjoy the special day stress free.
