Great Experience. We all Are Feel Like Our Home. Staff's Are Very Helpful Nature.

If you want good rooms at a cheap price do not go with anyone like- (rikshawala or e-rikshwala) or not with any individual who looks like an agent because at every hotel the rikshawala will get commission from the hotel owner about 30 to 40 percent on the whole amount so please go directly hotel owner definitely give rooms to you at an affordable and reasonable price. One should also bargain on that amount.

Fraud hotel. Reception guy misbehave with me. He said he can not provide the deluxe room in booked tariff. He provide me some kothari type room in other dirty building. Never go solo or with family. Highly unprofessional uneducated staff. Very pathetic experience. Travelling sites will have to black list these kind of hotels

Washroom gate is not closing it was damaged in both room we have taken service is very bad and tables are just very old and damaged

Don't want to give 1 star. I went first time in praygraj and booked a room here online, but they charge more amount than i booked. The manager have no manners to talk. They don't give me room when i refused to give extra money. The pathetic people i ever met. Don't know how to talk with customer. No wonder how they manage their business. Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

I requested to book a room for my father by filling a form on the hotel's website. Next day I recieved the confirmation on email and I was asked to make payment on arrival. Now, when two days are left for the travel day, i just made a call to hotel and requested for confirmation. I was shocked to see that there is no booking done in my father's name. They say they do not accept booking from website. When i tried to enquire more, the receptionist disconnected the call. These are the hotels and people whose licence should be cancelled. these guys are actually psycho. Had they collected any money from me, I would have called them fraud. They confirmed the reservations without charging anything, So they are mad and psycho pleasure. They must be getting some kind of sadistic pleasure by putting travellers in trouble. A shame for society.

There is no coordination between the employees. The workers were so mean. The receptionist was so rude. They were not at all cooperative and did not provide room even after online booking stating that they had got NOC from the site which was not true. Worst people.

Mosquito n bedbugs, fan makes a lot of noise which make harder to sleep, food charge is too high that of brought from outside of hotel which if something happens they won't take responsibility. Nearby no proper food facility available, roads are too dusty near by restaurant n food not at all upto the mark.
