HOTEL AMAN RESIDENCY

Pathetic people. Beware of making any booking. I made a booking through booking.com for one of my aunt she is 80 years old and couldn't travel so had to cancel. It is clearly written 50% cancellation fees and 50 %refundable. Now they are not refunding my money back its close to 9000 not a small amount. I tried calling them senior manager says he will refund now not picking the phone some guys say you will not get refund some says u will get it. Employees doesnt even know their hotel policies only.

Guest house converted to a hotel. Rooms were neat but small. It's overpriced and not worth the 7K. Court was reception staff but others do not wear a smile while serving guests. Breakfast was average. Poha was not at all cooked and not edible.

The place is neat and clean. Service is good. Felt it's overpriced. May be due to the festive season.

Location is civil lines but this is not a hotel it looks like a Guesthouse. Rooms are average but Tariffs are huge..

It's more over a guest house not a hotel. It's close to mosque. Morning and evening will not be peaceful.

Okayish. The locality is great but the services not so much. We loved the ambience.

Attenzione alla reception dato che il prezzo lo fanno in base alla tua provenienza, se ti vedono occidentale aumentano i prezzi. Camera davvero sporca anche per gli standard indiani. Posizione buona. Non consigliato.
