This place is NOT HOLIDAY INN GROUP. ITS FAKE. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THERE ARE MANY BETTER HOTELS HERE THAN HIM AT MUCH LOWER PRICE. They wrote Tea& Coffee free when asked the Staff wanted us to check with them.

I can't put zero stars, hence put one star. Choose this Hotel as the last option unless you have to sleep on the road. The hotel is run by unprofessional, uneducated arrogant staff. Staff is hungry for only money, probably daylight looters are better than them. The food is horrible. They open the kitchen only at 8:30 AM. No outside food is allowed. Hence you are stuck with whatever food they give you like a slave. Guest Should avoid taking the cabs/ taxi service from them at any cost. Not a tourist friendly hotel at all

We three persons stayed on 13 February 2025 in Holiday Inn Prayag Raj. It was vey Bad experience to stay there. The rooms were very dirty. Bathroom was not attached to the room. They charge even 20000 foreign it cost only 200. Even no one would prefer to stay there. Please avoid to stay here. These are the fraud persons having a fraud hotel. Not even hotel only hostel dirty hostel. Please never visit to the Holiday Inn Please avoid to stay here, fraud person having a fraud hostel, not evenin Prayag Raj. Never never never I will never in my entire life to visit this hotel.

I have booked a room in May'24 for period 13-17 Dec'24 with all amount paid through MMT. Very surprisingly, on arrival at hotel after landing at Prayagraj, they refused check in by saying that hotel is booked. No prior intimation by hotel or MMT.. this shows that for more money they can cheat with people and refuse entry even after full advance payment. Very very unprofessional, unethical. Inhuman and illegal behaviour by hotel to 54 year old diabetic me and my wife. That too after paying more than 10000 for 4 day stay.

Really helpful staff. Our event was very smooth. Manager Amit has been very helpful from very beginning of the booking and he was helpful in making our event such a success.

I went to Prayagraj from 17/11/24 to 19/11/14 and stayed at Holiday Inn Hotel and booked cab from Prayagraj to Deoria by the hotel, I paid Rs 11000 to hotel staff Mr. Kesarwani but he did not give me the travel bill. I don't know why but I requested the hotel staff many times but they refused. The hotel owner needs to take action on his staff for wrong booking and overcharging for cabs as all these generate bad feedback for the hotel. Overall the hotel staff needs to be changed or strict action taken on them. They all work only to extort extra money from the guest, they have nothing to do with the hotel image

Hotel doesn't have generator and if current goes you have to use stairs. It's too difficult for aged
