Had an awful experience at the hotel, booked the room at a premium price and yet got a non AC room with no soap and no towel. The hotel staff communicated that they were not expecting our arrival since FabHotel hadn't cross checked our booking. Poor service

I booked a hotel in Prayagraj thru fab hotels.co. I not get the phone number of hotel even after paying the advance. I had to call the call center and stay in line for about 30 min to get connected with someone and get the number. We ended up paying exorbitant price based on pictures and hotel was just an extension to someone's home. I did not expect Fab hotels reselling the rooms with our quality control. I would not even have paid 10% of what I paid if it was not for Maha Kumbh.
