Worst hotel and pathetic service provided by the staff.Water was not at all available and we waited for 4 hours to get water and after that we got only hot water coming in the tap which was too hot to use.. Staffs were not helping and not taking the issue seriously. 1 whole day water was not coming in the room and they did not agree to change the room as well...Even to get tea made us wait for more than 1 hour that too with multiple follow ups. Horrible worst experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone

We booked this hotel for our mahakumbh visit. Please do not trust these people. They have non / refundable bookings and will not consider anything . We requested them so much citing serious health issue of our grandfather but they did not budge. Such pathetic behaviour from the staff. We even requested for a date shift but they were so insensitive that the staff kept on pushing that they were not authorised to do it. They even lied that their hotel was sold out for all the maha kumbh date whereas i could see online that the rooms were vacant. They will go to any extent to mislead you. Horrible experience.

These people are fraud.. We booked a room during the time of kumbh.. First of all They over charged us for everything.. the rooms were pathetic there were no room service available... we booked our cabs and bikes from the hotel staff they promised us that the bike person will show us everything and we even paid double the amount in advance but at last bike person started asking for extra money and left us in between...and we complained to the hotel staff about this behavior they simply refused and said that thing was not covered...So the staff and the hotel nothing is good...dont book this property

Rooms are very comfortable stuff is helpful also offers taste foods if you are in this hotel must try their restaurant food

Too small room and very much conjusted, not maintained properly, TV not working, no hand towels provided. Breakfast was pathetic.

Rooms are not sound proof, you can heard lift's sound entire night also you can heard sounds from adjacent room

The service was terrible, lift was not working, we paid for breakfast but they only served poha and that too tasteless, they did not have milk for tea. Staff was very rude and rigid. They don't care about the guest. Pathetic experience. we booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 day and left. pls avoid this hotel, there are many other good options.

I was there on 23.02.2024, with my family. Hotel was just like a residential property. Entry was not pleasant. Rooms were very small in size. Room were neat and clean. They provides their food through Moti Mahal Restaurant. Complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality and taste. No much option in breakfast and dinner. Price is very high as compare to quantity and quality.
