Celestial Inn

My stay in the hotel from 22 April to 24 April was excellent. The hotel is located on the main Malviya Road in George Town of Prayagraj and is approximately 3 kms. from the railway station. The reception desk staff and hotel staff as well were found polite in behaviour. The ambiance of the hotel deserves 10/10. My Classic Room was found spacious. The bed linens and the washroom were neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast and the dinner were found excellent and they deserve 10/10 marks.

I am came from Maharashtra with Family to stay in prayagraj and booked this hotel. I must say this hotel stands very well in terms of managing the service as per industry standards. Food was very good and buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms interior was soothing and modern. I Will definitely recommend to everyone visiting prayagraj to this hotel. Excellent

This hotel is still under construction. Pictures do not do justice to the real facts. There is absolutely no AC or ventilation. Sheets and towels are not changed and there is no room service or cleaning. There is no arrangement for food except breakfast. The male receptionists are very helpful but the female ones are very rude. It would be good if these people first finish construction and then take guests. Right now it is unhigienic and unhealthy.

Good and spacious room. Friendly hotel staff and manager. In house restaurant is in making and soon it will be open for guest. But room service for food is available. My call for other guest is that you can book this hotel.l for sure

One of the best hotel in prayagraj to stay.. clean rooms with best room service.. location is also very gud and food is the best key of the hotel. Will love to visit again

This hotel is scamming people. It is under construction and there is dust everywhere. There are loud noises of construction the entire day. We booked executive room which was way smaller than what is mentioned in their description, they also did not have curtains, upon asking we were told that they do not have curtains in the hotel yet. The lift is also not in working condition. They offer breakfast but do not have any sitting in the entire hotel for people to have their meal. They do not even have a kitchen and all the meals and teas are prepared on terrace in a make do tin shed! All the photos online and on google are computerised and not the actually photos of the hotel bedrooms and washrooms. We were utterly disappointed and shocked by the state of things in this hotel. The hotel has started its operations just to earn money from the people coming for kumbh mela and are doing so successfully by their massively hiked rates. PS. DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

We booked a suite room through mmt for a whopping 31000+taxes for two nights. The hotel is under construction,no lift,parking on the busy main road which is quite risky. The room was not ready even at 4:30 in the evening and were made to wait till 5:30 though the check in was 2:00. We had to call the reception about 10-12 times for cleaning the bathroom, toilet,for water bottle,for fresh towels to be placed, for tea cups,spoons..... literally we had to tell them to place the bare minimums. There is NO restaurant. For the money they charged, the room and service provided were worth only a few hundreds. They don't have any knowledge of hospitality except the building that is under construction. We doubt if they can improve even after the construction is completed. Moreover on Make my Trip also they have claimed, alot many 5 star facilities like a safe locker, no fridge, no iron board, no chairs, ........the list is endless. They are CHEATERS. DONT BOOK INOT THIS HOTEL. On checking out early morning on 21 ,we asked them for a water bottle, they said they are out of stock. What would they do if we didn't check out and had asked for water?

Despite still being under construction, Celestial Inn exceeded all expectations during my visit. As someone traveling from Bangalore, I was delighted by their impeccable service and attention to detail. The hotel effortlessly combined comfort, elegance, and sheer luxury, making my stay truly memorable. From personalized care to a tranquil ambiance, every aspect spoke of their dedication to hospitality. Celestial Inn isn't just a place to stay; it's a sanctuary amidst the spiritual buzz of Maha Kumbh. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the perfect blend of opulence and serenity!
