Pros :- ------ 1. Rooms : 4/5 (My standard A/C room at 1st floor was good & spacious.) 2. Safety & Hygiene : 4/5 (Hotel premises were safe & hygienic.) 3. Food : 4/5 (Food was good & yummy! Room service also available.) 4. Bathroom : 4/5 (Spacious, Neat & Tidy. Hot water was available.) 5. Other Amenities : 3.5/5 (TV, Air conditioning, Almirah, Dressing mirror, Lift, etc.) 6. Location : 5/5 (Best feature! It is located in the heart of the city, i.e. Civil lines. There are plenty of restaurants, cafe and shopping places nearby!) 7. Staff : 4/5 (HK & other staff were good and friendly.) Cons :- -------- 1. Value for Money : 2.5/5 (Room rent was hiked to almost double during my stay due to Mahakumbh- 2025!) 2. Freebies : No free & complementary breakfast was available. Wi-Fi access/ signal was not available in my room due to it's remote location! 3. Lack of natural light & ventilation inside the room due to narrow space in the gallery! 4. Some improvements are required in the decoration and development of interiors of the hotel, particularly in gallery, windows, ventilation, etc.

Many drawbacks of this hotel, let me share my complete end to end experience. I reached at 2:45 pm still the room wasn't ready, they kept me waiting for another 30 mins to ready the room. There is no geyser, no towel, no handwash, and don't even think of dental and shaving kits. Room is smelling mix with alcohol and smoking. Washbasin is broken. Toilet is dirty and has turned from white to yellow. I had to ask for towel and soap. The towel I received from as smelling badly and had a few big oil patches. TV remote is broken. AC doesn't work. You can't order food from outside coz they only allow their own food. I asked for an iron, they don't have that as well. If you call at reception and ask for some housekeeping help, they will take atleast 20-30 mins to come and then they will tell you " sir ye to aise hi hai baaki rooms me bhi". Forget about family, trust me you can't stay here alone even for a few hours.

We arrived somewhat late in the night, and the receptionist was not in the mood to give us the room. It was overpriced at 2600 for 2 persons, and the room was below par for the hotel's charges.

Not too good experience. Food was ok ok. The arrangements for wedding in terms of room n room service was very poor. I made booking 6 months prior the wedding date, but they didn't made us stay in those rooms which we booked n paid the amount in prior . This turned out in frustration n anger which spoiled my pre wedding enjoyments.Also the room service was very poor, only the restraunt is ok ok for food to eat. Money is not worth it at all.

No AC remote, service very poor, rude staff, towels are very dirty, washroom very dirty, pan stains in washroom. Not recommended

We had booked around 20 rooms in this hotel for a wedding, this was my experience: Pros: 1. Prime location 2. Decent parking available 3. Flexible in terms of checkout time. Cons: 1. Rooms are horrible, gives you a feeling of a lodge. 2. Toilets have no geyser, showers don't work, toilet doors don't close we'll, still some toilets have Indian seats. 3. Management is very poor, no man power, the receptionist makes a announcement on mic, which are heard all around the hotel. How bad is that! 4. Restaurant service is very slow. Overall, the hotel is very expensive for the quality of service it provides. Invest your money somewhere better!

- I basically goes to the bar - Bar is good, but not for couple or any female - Most or completely this is Male bar and the environment of the bar is not suitable for ladies............... - Beside this a family Restaurant, decent restaurant you can go and enjoy a good time with your family,if you want my advice then i suggest you can find much better restaurant in the near by area - Rooms are okay............means it is closed and compact, bathroom is awful - HYGIENE is awful, if you are want a hygiene and clean and open rooms do not CHECK IN in this hotel................. - service is also okay okay to Disappoint range - Only plus point of this place is the BAR that it - And this too because it is very economical compare to its Competitors
