From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Rameshwaram Inn , we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and boasted a comfortable bed and a beautifully decorated bathroom. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping personnel, were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs, making our stay truly enjoyable. Booked from agoda. They denied check in and said you will get refund. When contacted agoda they apologised for the hotel behaviour and refunded the amount. And the give a written email that the reason for denying check in is inappropriate price. But who put such price online. Why they book. And if the price is inappropriate why they don't cancell immediately why they wait for customer to come and then they ask them to pay 3 times than what they ask to pay online. Why they announce special offer limited time deal on agoda. Then when the customer arrives they deny check in and ask them to pay thrice. Cheap and mean policy of hotel.

I would give them 0 rating if I had a chance. This is again for information of fellow travelers to spread awareness against the fraud they are running. They refuse rooms post online booking and then harass and threaten customers. They will take your entire money and not give you room as well. Beware of their online fake reviews.

The building is pretty new. Rooms are not even cleaning and giving to the next customer. I went in the morning and called the given number many times and no one responded. The given address will navigate you to farming lands almost 4 kilometres away from the actual hotel. For us a very bad experience. The geyser is also not working properly. Nothing has been given like soap, shampoo, brush, towel or blankets. MakeMyTrip trip charged me 6.6K per night, I am approaching MakeMyTrip to pay for my bad experience, not even met 30% of my payment. Someone vacated that after that was given to us directly. The management is trusting a caretaker who is not doing anything? That's what I feel after my stay.

This hotel let us on the street on midnight. We booked some room. Also we sent a massage, for a late arrivall. They confirmed by phone. When we called to hotel for it's location, because the adress is not correct, they informed us about cancellation. We was without accomodation on midnight in the competly overbooked Allahambad. Ultimatly unseriously.

They are frauds, don't book with them. I booked it online and on arrival they denied checkin and i fased so trouble getting it sorted. Don't book with them. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. At the end I book other hotel and waited 1 hr. Pathetic people

Not recommended ZERO RATING hotel. They have purchased false rating on google. Dont get into the trap of false rating. Very arrogant Non profession attitute of person sitting on reception. Charges are more than a Five Star rating Hotel. Their aim is to loot people and make money HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

No/poor service. 22mins away from Sangam. Hot water doesn't work. Heater works but water flow is not there. No proper bucket and cup.Shower doesn't work.AC did not work when we reached. No body in the reception when we reached except an helper, who was arrogant and knew nothing about AC. Had to call the so called manager, who never came to the hotel till check out, more than 3 times to get the issue resolved. Lost peace of mind and time. Better to avoid.
