Very dirty bathroom, buckets were not cleaned small rooms nd washroom. Food was not testy . Hotel needs a renovation nd table chair was too old not to seat on that .

I stayed here for one night in July during a small audit for one company. The room was good and well arranged. Just walkable distance to some good restaurants on the main road. ||The only drawback which I felt was after ordering the food the supply guy was literally asking for tips and was in a position to even bargain for the same. They need some serious training on this. Breakfast was average but don't expect too many items.||Otherwise, the food was good and the place is safe.

Booked this hotel based on the reviews given here for the Baraat guests. The rooms are okayish but the service is really bad. There was no hot water for the whole 24 hours thatwe stayed there. Every time I enquired about it, they kept lying saying half an hour more for maintenance. The extra mattresses that we had booked were provided at 3 AM and took almost an hour to be distributed into 5 rooms. The banquet halls are constantly having parties and bhajans and the sound is unbearably loud. Enough to make you lose your sleep. The front desk guy during the night shift is really ineffective and shady. I'll avoid this hotel during the wedding season as they are unable to cope up with the high influx of guests.

I am rating behalf of its facilities as per rate ...rates are not too high so if anyone is not able to afford luxury hotel must visit once . This is very normal hotel you can stay here ..don't think about lift, room service dinner etc , you can just stay here other task you have to do yourself. One more thing if you can compare other option in same same price alsolutaly you will find some better option too.

The hotel staff is helpful. Decorations for functions and the quality of food served is also perfect. They have a large variety of mocktails and snacks to be served and it cater to the demands of every age group. Give it a go

Not good to visit , as outside noise are coming inside room , the DJ played over the top floor will irritating you . Rooms are not upto the mark, even after changing the room, I found all rooms have same issues. They have fridge, touch screen bell and DND system, keyless entry . But all are in vain , as rooms are not well maintained. Fooding was good .

The hotel is very nice as described , the staff is very courteous and are ready to go a extra mile to help u ,the food is also good and the orders are delivered on time in your room . Hot water is also available at all the time . House keeping also does its job very effectively . I had booked 3 rooms with my family and our stay was very good

Very nice hotel... Very good services. All staff is very helping nature... Food quality is execelent... Breakfast buffet is very tasty..hotel ambience Is too good... Hotel is very beautifull eco friendly hospitality. I visit again
