Review: Highly Disappointing Stay at Prayagraj Cottages Our stay at Prayagraj Cottages was extremely disappointing, especially considering the hefty charges they demand. We stayed for three days, booking multiple rooms, but the experience was nowhere near what one would expect from a premium-priced property. No Room Service - There is absolutely no room service, which is shocking for a place charging such high rates. Even basic assistance was hard to get. Terrible Food Quality - The food was extremely poor, making it difficult to believe that such an expensive property could serve meals of such low quality. It neither tasted fresh nor was appetizing. It seems they have appointed a catering service and are paying between 80-100 per meal, which clearly reflects in the substandard quality of food served. Lack of Basic Amenities - They don't have enough towels, so they are not changed daily. This was quite inconvenient and unhygienic. Non-Functional Hot Water System - The weather was cold, and unfortunately, their hot water system did not work properly, making our stay very uncomfortable. Cheap Toiletries & Faulty Bathrooms - The toiletries provided were of very poor quality, and the shower system was clogged, leading to waterlogging and drainage issues. Overall, a very poor experience. The price they charge is completely unjustified given the lack of service, poor facilities, and basic maintenance issues. Not recommended at all!

Our stay at Prayagraj Cottages was truly exceptional! We visited for the Mahakumbh a once-in-12-years spiritual journey, and Mr. Dipesh and his team ensured that everything was absolutely seamless. From the moment we arrived, we had nothing to worry about--they took care of every detail with such dedication and warmth. The tents were comfortable and well-maintained, , offering a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. The food was excellent, delicious, and fulfilling after long days of spiritual exploration. But what truly set this experience apart was the hospitality - the entire team was incredibly courteous, always going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. If you're planning a trip for the Mahakumbh, I highly recommend Prayagraj Cottages Their service and hospitality made our experience even more divine! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Firstly, at the time of booking the guy from reception(Aditya) gave us misleading info that the cab would reach all the way upto Tenthouse. We were left stranded about 23kms away at some Bridge, guys at reception wouldn't respond properly on the calls. Somehow we could reach 3kms away from the location and take auto and walk for 2kms. Harrowing experience due to inability and unwillingness of the team on location. Coming to Rooms, they were mostly undone. Untidy Tables, chairs ,no hangers, no toiletries, no towels, dirty toilet pot, no fan. Had to ask for heater in the evening as it got really cold. We didn't have to ask for all these after having paid 24K for 1 day/night. There were a couple of them sane and helpful. You get a complimentary one way ride from Tenthouse to sangam. Struggle to return as no one would want to come this far. Food is nice and decent with limited options. I booked this only because it was from the UPSTDC and that there would be professional team helping out the pilgrims. Their pick up or drop service from/to Banaras was 15K+ GST. Unreal!! We obviously didn't take the service.

Not worth for the value as there is no facility nd is very far from the ghats . This is the last sector . Food is also not good. Very bad experience I ever had.I had vacated one day early as it was not having any luxury even in super deluxe cottage which I had booked. Once u book the cottage u have to pay in full and there is no refund. Total loot. Dksharma

Wonderful arrangements by Prayagraj Cottages. Special thanks to Adarsh Mishra, who helped us immensely with our accommodation. Food was very nice. Close to the ghat though slightly away from it. Overall, a great experience.

Not at all helpful staff they just don't care about the guests who have to check in and dint offer any kind of help when we were struck because of road blocks and also the food was horrible . Definitely not worth the money . You have better options like Shivadya , Rishikul and all just opt for them don't go to this expensive accommodation but ghatiya service .

Very good service and hospitality. Dipesh is very helpful and arranged all the services like transport and guide for us. Food was also very delicious . Overall our experience was very good
