Kumbh Village

We a part of group of 50 people, attended Kumbh Mela on Magha Poornima day. Needless to say I was in awe of the entire Kumbh arrangements put up by the authorities. The energy of the place, the faith and devotion being shown by people across all segments of the society, irrespective of the caste, creed and status is beyond words. Truly, feel blessed to have experienced such a mega, once in a life time event. I have to say, what made this experience even more special is the smooth transition of entire group from entering Prayagraj to exiting the city. The group stayed at the Kumbh Village. The staff was polite, courteous and always available. The room service is the fastest I have ever experienced. The food was great and the spread was amazing. It did not seem like we were eating in a temporary accommodation. The tents were spacious, clean and had all the amenities one could wish for while travelling. All the services the group had opted for, were provided without any glitches and our travel within the city was very smooth. Thanks to Kumbh Village staff for making this once in a lifetime experience very seamless and memorable. I would recommend this place to anybody without any reservation.

We booked a lower-tier tent with two beds, a separate wash room and western toilet for our 12 day stay in Prayagraj during the MahaKumbh.|Although the beds were very hard, the comforter and heavy blankets on the beds, kept us warm during the cold nights and early mornings. Requesting service items was a challenge (due to language issues) however, aside from that, the stay was comfortable and very safe. |We dined only a few times during our stay, with a varied selection of entrees, fruits and desserts offered.

We stayed at the Kumbh Village cottages in Prayagraj for the Maha Kumbh.|Very good temporary infrastructure setup, the cottages are decent.|However, the bath area could've been better. The facets were leaking, open bath tray, no shower curtains.||The owner Varun and staff there were very helpful and supportive.||The Food & Dining were decent. The staff there too provided good service.|Especially Dipak Maurya in the dinning area gave us a very good service ||Har Har Gange|Har Har Mahadev

Not expected the quality of the rooms. Lesser light all over. Bed linen was used in cheaper qualities. Plug-in are only few in numbers. No heaters. No such pickup and drop facility from them even they are charging higher amount. Behaviour is typically unacceptable. No such communication in between them also to understand the matter and solve it out. Hospitality is just a name for them.

Service was ok. Given its maha kumbh was not expecting 5 star treatment. It was comfortable stay. But service could have been better. Food was costly for the options available. There were feed food joints outside which you can try if you don't like in house ones. Otherwise arrangements are good for this massive occasion.

A memorable, beautiful oasis. Experiencing the magic of the Kumbh was nourished by the Kumbh Village. I am deeply grateful for the people with the vision, care, the attention to detail, professionalism and love behind this place. Thank you for enhancing and accompanying me through a life-changing memorable journey at the legendary Kumbh.

I visited Prayagraj with my family to take the holy dip and selected Kumbh Village as my Tent stay. I thought their services will be good due to their exorbitant prices. But I was wrong. This stay with them was a nightmare,||No responsible answers for my station pickups. ||Taxi drivers sent by them were mis treating us and shouting. ||They claim Taj Catering but food was horrible, I think it's fake||Beds were too small, linen was as dirty as possible.||They charged us to arrange boats for us but ditched their commitment at last moment.||They are only interested in looting money as much as possible at every point.||And finally they gave us Kaccha Bill despite asking for a proper GST bill...||||Govt ITDC tents are far better then them. Atleast they are not looting like this.||||Don't book them even if they are last resort...

We had booked several deluxe rooms with double occupancy, through Booking.com ,2 months ago ,however the Kumbh Village authorities cancelled them a week before the arrival date and after much negotiation provided us with 4 bedded family rooms that were not only much more expensive per head but also not very good-the bathrooms particularly were quite ill maintained.||However, the food and service were excellent. Very helpful and efficient staff .
