Kumbh Ganga Retreat

The good thing about this was the location, its near Ghat-01. ||The place is costly with almost below par amenities. Not a tent city experience.|Had to wait long hours to get average food, host was not able to assess the demand.||Had a bad experience with one of the front desk associate "Sarvesh Tiwari". He took advance from me for booking cab from the hotel to the train station, knowing very well that the trains are running late. Which they did, by 5 hrs. in my case.||Sarvesh was unreachable, and the cab guy simply refused to accommodate the delay. Eventually I found Sarvesh, and he simply said you should have taken the cab and wait at the station. He refused to return any portion of my advance. I had to make alternative arrangement. So much for being a host.||I also got to know later, that this individual takes twice or even three times the money from vulnerable guest without any guilt. So much for putting the trust in people.||My learning, get transport secured ahead of time from reliable sources like savaari, and book government tents, experience would be much better.

We enjoyed our stay here. Right from booking till checkout the team was available to resolve all our queries. Thanks for providing satvik food at your restaurant. Thanks Pooja and team for navigating us to the resort at 12.30 am. Your team was very helpful at anytime of the day/ night. Our car was parked at a distance of about 1 km from resort and we were checking out early morning with no e- rickshaws available around. They helped us with their e-rickshaw and driver to drop us at the parking lot. I will always remember this gesture. The location is close to Arail ghat.

Everything is good Because it's VVIP (Luxurious) Guest Cottage But Location Is, in the near Arail Ghat Very Outside From Here to Sangam (Triveni) has Long Distance! Enough Traffic Problem Going to Sangam Snaan (snaan) If you want No Crowd you can Visit here & Stay in the The Very Peaceful Environment, Also You can see The Siberian Birds here

They are not in their own word and promising wrong commmitment and intant move on their word. First they are ready to allot a book in low amount then after confirmation they are asking about high pay. Not a trustworthy service providing.

Amazing place infront of Arail Ghat with sangam of Ganga and Yamuna river

Overall, the room was a good option for staying in Prayagraj during the Kumbh Mela, considering its convenient location, cleanliness, and affordability. However, be prepared for the challenges of staying in a crowded area during a large event.

Service is not good and the material they have used for partition of room is catching humidity and water, and giving very bad foul smell in room as well as in bathroom.
