Toilets are very very stinky and dirty cant explain. The hotel surroundings is extremely dirty, The price which they quote is not at all according to there services and room conditions and hotel surroundings. The staff is not good at management and sometime they are intimidating too. And there is constant approach to customer for room change..which disturbs the rest of tourists, which shows there unprofessional behaviour and attitude. Please also dont believe there photos, they put all good photos ,but in reality its completely false.better not to do any pre booking,better to visit and then decide. Overall my ratings for this hotel is HALF star out of 5

Room service was too good. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Advocate Pandey sir is very helpful person. Our experience was soo good at the time of mahakumbh.

Stayed recently during our visit to Triveni Sangam, Mahakumbh Snan. This hotel is just opposite to the railway station, walking distance apprx. 100 mtrs and this is the USP of the hotel. We booked the rooms through MMT, 2 standard rooms for one night. There was no issue in check- in and even check- out. Rooms were cleaned in front of us as we reached early. Few issues- Except one , standard rooms do not have geyser and few of them have Indian toilets, so keep this mind before booking. Rest all is good and even can do a direct booking with them by calling but well in advance.

Very dirty n unhygienic rooms. No wash basin n no towel n soap provided n no television or cooler provided Rooms are not worth Rs 1500/- and the reception person ask for 5000 to 6000. They give false pics on WhatsApp

Recently had a trip with family. Superb services and co operative staff. Food services also availble. And luxurious facility.

Hotel staff is cooperative and Hotel Manager is very humble nature . Very Nice service...
