The Bunglo (Villa)

I had a terrible experience at this property, and I would not recommend it to anyone. First of all, this is not a villa or hotel; it's an apartment with multiple rooms. The property doesn't have a single trained staff. My bag was stolen by one of the staff it seems, and the property refused to share the footage as well. They blamed another guest for picking it up, which is another threat to visitors. Thankfully, I had a picture of my luggage as an evidence that helped as proof to claim my belongings. So beware of foul play! If you are staying here click pictures of your luggage before it's stolen. Upon confronting the manager at the reception with the proof [ photo] of my luggage, he had no choice but to admit that the bag was found and that they would courier it to me We were visiting for Kumbh mela and had booked this remotely last minute based on the pictures online. The hygiene was appalling from the moment we entered. The dirty corners and food stains all over the furniture and floors are permanent now. The cleaner has a high attitude and doesn't even bother to clean. The cleaner smoked in the room and was resting on the sofa when i visited for inspection. The bedsheets & pillow covers were smelly and looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The bathroom was even worse - the toilets were unclean, and the whole area had a badodourr. The linen and cushion covers were filthy, adding to the overall discomfort of the stay. On top of that, the property is grossly overpriced for what it offers. It's more like a 1-star place than the rates they charge. The property charged us 26500 for two rooms for one night but gave us service below standards. The actual worth of this property is 2500 to 2700 per room, that too you have to take ownership of your belongings and not leave them unattended. The best is to avoid falling prey to them!

Worst ever hotel. Trust me never stay in the hotel.. very unhygienic. I'll be sharing the pics along with the store room from where they provide blankets etc. Mr. Dhirendra here is very arrogant and even the owner supports him because he believes to his lies.. you ll definitely repent in case you book a room here.

THE HOTEL HAS 12 ROOMS , WITH ALL BASIC FACILITIES, CLEANING LEVEL IS A GRADE AS USUAL, ALL THE MEMBERS RELATED WITH IT ALWAYS PUT CENT PERCENT EFFORT TO MAKE THE STAY OF GUEST COMFORTABLE AND MEMORABLE

Extremely dirty and disgusting stay. Vommited pillows, stinking washroom, smelling towels (White turned gray towels) floors dirty as government hospitals, dirty kitchen, and shockingly expensive. The most important part is theft incident and Bunglo refusing to accept. For one room they charge 15k and steal bags behind your back. Choose a better property. Unethical and unlawful- beware!

Room was really smelly the bed covers and other items were not properly washed,the floors had permanent marks and the toilet seat was dirty nd not properly cleaned,also balcony had waste beer cans thrown which were not cleaned,Room would be A Class if they kept in mind the cleanliness

Wonderful property, Value for money. Hoge rooms with all modern amenities. Highly recommend... Would love to be their guest again.

Quite a decent place to stay in a very good locality. Cleanliness definitely needs to improve especially the linen. Food options are very limited

We had booked this Bunglo Villa for the group. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Food preparation was great . The only negative was they haven't provide Towel ans soaps for the guests. Due to this they lost one star from me.
