Stay was pleasent but we had a huge disappointed with food which was oily and tasteless. Breakfast was complimentary but we couldn't compliment the chef on his poorly prepared so called food.

Stay was average, rooms were clean, staffs are polite but food quality is very poor. No taste, no quality and no one was to listen the complaint.

This is Shivam Prajapati....from JK cement Ltd... I stay every month in 3-4 times...you can check in your system...but my only 1 complaint is that regarding breakfast..not getting paneer paratha in CP & MAP plans...if customer not get better service then why customer will stay there....

I used it for birthday function. All arranged well. The food quality was up to the mark, well staff, service was good. I'm totally satisfied to celebrate birthday of my daughter. I used open area for dinner. All staff managed it well. Nice view of the restaurant having a big hall. An enough open area is outside it.

I visited Solitere on Friendship Day. The food quality was excellent, and the ambience was delightful, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion. However, the experience was marred by the terrible service we received. The staff were unprofessional and inattentive, which significantly impacted our enjoyment of the evening. While the restaurant has great potential with its food and atmosphere, the poor service is a major drawback that needs to be addressed. I hope the management takes steps to improve the behavior of the staff to match the quality of the food and the setting.

Rooms are spacious and modern styled with ample amenities. Staff is unprofessional,rather indifferent and Service is super slow . The hotel floors & Lift was highly dirty , however on repeated complaints no heed . To my surprise, First time on business trip ,have experienced such low hospitality. The morning breakfast buffet is handled by inexperienced staff and have very less items plus that too not on time . In total, a bad experience. Hope the MD focuses on putting good staff that is well coached and customer friendly.
