Agreed with poor reviewers The Building of the Hotel silver leaf looks cool, but services worst to be worsen even discusting The Receptionist named as Amir showing very bad behaviour with us. I would like like to suggest never ever visit to the Hotel Silver Leaf The worst Hotel of the Pilibhit Never visit and never beleive for the good services, actually better can not expected from them. Very dirty rooms, no cover for blankets, toilet very small and toilet door was worst, any no any lock from inside. Even your privacy can also be compromised. The behaviour of hotel staff is not good especially the receptionist. Attitudal issue, Poor services, poor communication, poor rooms, poor toilets, poor entertainmen. Never visit Scammers scam fraud I had booked online and faced these problems

Attended an official meeting here , spacious conference hall , decent food ,good service & ample parking space.

Worst experience, visited this Hotel Silver Leaf several times, every time I have to recall Hotel reception staff the tarrif paid earlier, reception staff is unprofessional and arrogant, they can argue with customer's but won't check the computer system for tarrif. I even showed them my last visit invoice, but the reception staff was too arrogant to just listen and charged extra amount for the room. Would never visit this place again and will not recommended anyone to stay there.

Staff's behavior was not good, they were rude and they had no idea about their own menu.

Staff behaviour and Services Are not good... And to many mosquitoes are there in room...

I must say, one of the best hotel experience that we had. Spanking clean, Reasonably priced, Very Good location, Spacious rooms, Excellent Food (served with Room Service too) and extremely courteous staff - Everything that you need for a rich holidaying experience. I am so thankful to the Hotel Manager, who safely couriered me my jacket, which I missed to keep while checking out. One word - Awesome!

I had the pleasure of staying here for two nights during a recent trip to Pilibhit. This family-run hotel ended up being the perfect base for exploring Pilibhit Tiger Reserve. The owners went above and beyond - arranging safari permits, providing expert tips, and ensuring my entire stay was memorable. Their hospitality was truly incredible. The staff was also extremely attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend Silver Leaf for an authentic stay and easy access to this incredible nature reserve. Plus great location and spacious rooms!!
