Hotel Santosh

Room was small but clean, property is old but situated at the prime location in Pilibhit, staffs are very friendly and service was also quick and good, I have booked room with breakfast and ordered 2 Parathas with a tea in which I was asked to pay for the 1 paratha as in complementary breakfast they serve only 1 paratha. Overall stay was OK.

On the first visit: Rooms are decent in the pilibhit city. The owner is very humble. The parking space is separated and not available in front of the hotel. Booked Hotel for Marriage : Few staff members will follow you and poke you for the tip. And if you don't meet their expectations then they have very weird behavior towards you. Owner is....... What to say... At the time of the final.payment what chaos... They all are full of attitude and didn't stay in their own words. You can feel the change in their behavior drastically so please avoid this hotel. Better to go with Nirmal hotel instead of Santosh.

Situated in the centre of Pilibhit, the hotel and its rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious. Food could have been better. Staff are nice and warm people. Sooraj at front desk needs to learn to be more understanding and pleasant with customer. All over good experience.

According to the city this is probably one of the best hotel. This would fit your budget alongwith fulfilling your stay requirements. Located in the posh area of Pilibhit city, you can get budget rooms as well as deluxe rooms (well within budget). Room service is pretty good and the staff is also courteous. Quality of food here is very good (if not excellent). Overall, my stay was pleasant in this hotel and you'll not regret staying here. The main market of the city is in the vicinity of the hotel and there is a major police station opposite to it. There's a dedicated parking facility also provided by the hotel. All in all, this hotel is recommended for visitors.

AC rooms are ok, not very spacious... Cleanliness is fine, room service needs to be more efficient as you will not get anything in single go.. Location is in main market so in day time you can struggle in traffic if you have four vehicle

Worst Experience- Ordered Paneer Handi and Butter Naan , we asked paneer handi is spicy chef said yes but when we received is totally tasteless only salt taste is there no masala no spicy. Not Recommended

As situated in Pilibhit it's a very convinient hotel situated in the main market that can be easy approached by anyone even the person coming from outside. Food served here is good staff is friendly in nature. The main problem is of parking if you are coming from two wheeler you can park outside the hotel but if you are coming with four wheeler you have to arrange the space somewhere else.
