Hotel Rama Palace

I visited Hotel Rama Palace in Pilibhit yesterday, and it reminded me of the time my guests and friends stayed here during my wedding in 2023. Here's my review: Accommodation: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay for guests. Service: The staff is courteous and prompt in addressing requests, ensuring a pleasant experience. Facilities: The hotel provides all basic amenities, and the overall ambience is inviting. It's a great option for hosting out-of-town guests. Location: Conveniently located with easy access to nearby landmarks, making it an excellent choice for wedding-related stays. Overall Experience: 5/5! My guests were happy with their stay here during my wedding, and the hotel continues to maintain its high standards. A reliable choice for accommodation in Pilibhit.

Food nd kitchen is good, kitchen is neat and clean , good behaviour

I visited Rama Palace yesterday and my experience was very bad because There is staff here but no one knows how to take care of your customers even management also.As soon as I entered the room, the washroom was in bad shape. I asked to fix it but no one came to fix it. They told me we will fix it but when no one knows I stayed here for 1 day but no one came to fix the washroom even after several reminders, There was neither soap nor toothpaste and brush in the shower and this is a 3 star hotel, according to me it is not even a single star.Everyone is roaming around here, no one cares. If I talk personally, I would not recommend anyone to stay here.You can say about this hotel that elephant's teeth are different for showing and eating.

We stayed here in Apr 23.. Rooms are big .. Rooms have good furnished .. I took non ac room for 1000 rs.. Each room have two good chairs and table And wardrobe.. Staying here is justified as the amount they are taking , as facilities they are providing..Rooms are well clean and bathrooms are big.. This hotel is located near to Chhatri junction and other locations also reachable from here.. They have a restaurant also but I don't recommend restaurant as it is very costly..You can eat food outside .. I recommend Abhay hotel which is very near to it.. they have good food on reasonable price

Hotel situated on Tanakpur highway in front of State bank of India city branch having good wheelchair parking space and wheelchair accessible entrance. Better accommodations in pocket friendly rooms ,neat and clean washrooms with good room service. Operating ,restaurant and serving staff is quite polite and helpful due to due diligence of Owner. Delicious food,snacks and fast food items are served in restaurant.

Nice stay. Quiet ambience, and quick room service. They even have an open parking for limited number of cars. The rent is quite economic along with the facilities provided, and it is near to major landmarks, like Court, Park, Railway station. Hotel staff is accomodating and quick to help. Rooms are comfortable, and have stated facilities.

Worst experience ever I had .....not a single stars for this hotel. I visit here few hours ago with my husband nd they are asking for mutual id which we don't have yet coz we recently get married...we suffered all night but they refused directly even knowing about our situation...worst experience in pilibhit...
