Hotel Park Inn

I had a pleasant stay. I stayed for two days. The hotel is situated on the main road. There is enough space for car parking. Many cars can park here. Staff are well-behaved. Lift is also there. Rooms are good. They are well maintained and clean also. We were two persons there for a stay with my colleague. We were there for work purposes. The room we got had pretty space. There is enough space for a walk in the room . Our bed was separated, which I loved most. So, I did not have to share a bed with my colleague . So, beds were separated, and blankets were separated . Most of the hotel provides one double bed blanket for two people, which is pretty annoying for me. There is plenty of space for keeping your stuff. There is a cupboard in the room for keeping clothes. Two small drawers are also given with each bed. A telephone is also provided to talk hotel staff. A table and two chairs are also provided and a television is also there with working Condition. Air-conditioned was also working properly. Although in summertime electricity is not so frequent. The generator is there for an emergency. The bathroom is neat and clean. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was working. Foods are also good. Foods are available for vegetarian and non vegetarian people. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I had a really bad experience. The food was a total disaster. I found paneer pieces in chicken, what kind of combition is this. It tastes nothing like what I had expected. I swear not to even set a foot there ever again.

Great place to stay while in Ballia.. Decent location clean rooms and tasty food. Service and staff are awesome. Very courteous and prompt. However, choice of vegetarian food is limited. Hope management will be able broaden the menu with vegetarian food.

Disappointing Experience at Park Inn Wedding Venue I recently had the unfortunate experience of hosting my sister wedding at the Park Inn wedding venue, and I must say it was a major letdown. From start to finish, there were numerous issues and shortcomings that tarnished what was supposed to be the most important day of our lives. Here's a breakdown of my grievances: 1. Poor Communication: 2. The lack of effective communication from the venue's staff was one of the most frustrating aspects of our experience. Our emails and calls often went unanswered or received delayed responses, making it difficult to plan and coordinate important details. It felt as though they didn't prioritize our event or value our concerns. 3. Unprofessional Staff: 4. The overall demeanor of the venue's staff was disappointing. They lacked professionalism and seemed disinterested in providing a high level of service. Some employees were rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and unimportant. It was disheartening to be treated this way on our special day. 5. Inadequate Event Coordination: 6. The venue's event coordination was subpar at best. Despite providing detailed instructions and preferences, many of our requests were either ignored or poorly executed. The lack of attention to detail was evident in the setup of the decorations and seating arrangements, which were not as we had discussed. 7. Maintenance Issues: AC was not working 8. Throughout the event, we encountered several maintenance issues that should have been addressed before our wedding day. Some of the tables were unstable, the lighting in the reception area was faulty, and the bathrooms were poorly maintained. Given the numerous shortcomings and disappointments, it is disheartening to think about the amount of money we spent on this venue. The overall value for the price we paid was simply not justified. We expected a memorable experience for such a significant occasion, but instead, we were left with a feeling of regret. In conclusion, I strongly advise against choosing the Park Inn wedding venue for your special day. The lack of communication, unprofessional staff, coordination issues, maintenance problems, subpar food and beverage service, and the overall poor value for money made our wedding day a disappointment. Save yourself the stress and heartache by considering other venues that prioritize their clients' happiness and satisfaction.

Stayed there twice. Hotel is very nice. Very spacious. Friendly environment. It has best parking place among all hotels in Ballia. Good bath/toilet fittings. New restaurant looks impressive. Suggestion: They can keep a kettle and some tea bags in the room or atleast make it available on demand.
