Jaagir Manor Resort is a stunning heritage and vintage property nestled among agricultural fields and orchards of mangoes, lychees, and guavas. The next morning after checking in, we went for a walk and cycling, and the experience was truly amazing.||The staff is very courteous and attentive, the food menu may be limited, but it's delicious, and the drink menu is exceptionally rich. The naturalists here are extremely knowledgeable.||They arranged a private dinner space for our wedding anniversary celebration outdoors, complete with cake, and also decorated our room.||In Palia, there are two jungle safari zones, namely Dudhwa and Kishanpur, and we chose the Dudhwa jungle safari through our resort, although it's also possible to book directly through the u.p. eco tourism office at a cheaper rate.

A beautiful property managed by Taj. The food, service and ambiance are all top notch. |We were there during Holi. The staff arranged a little celebration for all the guests with colours and flower petals.|We thoroughly enjoyed our safaris to Dudhwa National Park and Kishanpur Sanctuary. Amith Bangre, the manager and head naturalist deserves a special mention. He accompanied us on all our safaris. We were fortunate to spot a tiger and a few rhinos on our safaris apart from terai specials like Barasinga and Hog deer. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Hello All, we booked this hotel for 2 days . We want to share our experience here so that anyone should not be led by any wrong information 1.this is a unnecessary overhyped and overcharged property which does not give value for money . 2. There is no bath tub inside rooms 3. The swimming pool is very small and there is no personal caretaker for swimmers . Also no bar available to provide drinks during swimming . 4. Swiming pool water is not chlorinated therefore chances of getting water borne diseases increases 5. There is no TV inside rooms 6. No event is planned during evening time which can entertain guests 7. On second day our bathroom faced problem of no water because there was some leakages in the pipeline ! 8. The food menu is very limited and they offer food in very small quantity . By this way you have to ask for again and again to refill your plate 9. There is no concept of high tea here . You have to ask for it and pay separately 10. The alcoholic beverages are priced too much high , 6-7 times from market value 11. Staff is polite but lacks basic training . Management needs improvement 12. on arrival out bags were mixed up with some ther guests bags . It took half an out to sort it the issue So if you are planning for one time experience to feel loneliness surround by farmers field you can do it but you will have to thick twice before making plans for next time trip . Pros : beautiful property , calmness Cons: overpriced, limited food and entertainment options , poor services

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Jaagir Manor. The resort is beautiful with ultra luxurious rooms and lush green sorroundings. The hotel team left no stone unturned to ensure we had the best experience - whether it was with curated meals, informative jungle safari's or housekeeping. Everyone always had a smile on their face and were ready to help. Highly recommend a visit to this unique property.

Never one should visit such irresponsibly managed property as Jaagir which is hyped for no reason. They make tall claims and promises for making your special occasions memorable. The food is remarkably mediocre. Mr Bangre the manager is conspicuously absent here. He takes certain guests on personal visits for safari on chargeable basis not attending to the needs of the other guests.

Jaagir Manor is a beautifully maintained heritage property nestled amidst lush greenery, mango groves, and a variety of trees. We a senior citizen couple booked a suite thru a travel agent, at Jaagir Manor Dudhwa to celebrate our wedding anniversary which turned out to be a horror experience for us as on the second day of our stay only, I had a serious fall wearing the house slippers kept in the suite due to which I slipped in their slippery tile bathroom and fractured my wrist. Post the incident, the General Manager of the property nor the owner of the property have taken any responsibility for the accident which happened due to their total negligence of keeping sub standard sole slippers . They have ignored the incident totally and after a month they replied to my email with a standard apology. and refunded only the 2 unused nights and unused safaris as we rescheduled our flights to return to mumbai the next day to receive urgent treatment of my fractured wrist...( this too also on my asking) which does not even minutely compensate for the pain and agony I am suffering besides hampering my daily life .. The Taj management has not come forward with any response or action and I strongly urge everyone not to book this Resort which has no safety standards and lacks care and customer relations This property is a blotch on the ethos of Taj hospitality and lacks empathy and care and does not go beyond the hefty room rates they charge ...
