NAVODAYA SAROVAR - Best Hotel, Restaurant & Banquet Hall in Orai

Restaurant service is worst. Waiters hide inside kitchen & return after long time avoiding eye contacts, so as not to take any orders. Restaurant counter person sit outside. Guest keep on asking for each and every things, be it to give order or bread or water and nobody is there to listen, however food taste is good. . Lot of mosquito biting legs. It take min. 1 to 1.5 hours in providing of main course. Even when we ordered 8 cokes, it took approx. 20 minutes to serve. God knows, whether they were making cokes inside the bar. Total atmosphere is like we don't need customers. Due to them, they had to work. . Dear Owners, if you really need to run the restaurant in long way, please give attention to customer needs, else one day, it will be failed only because of poorest services.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Navodaya Sarovar in Orai! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was excellent -- the staff was polite, helpful, and made sure all our needs were met. The location is perfect, with a peaceful environment and easy access to the highway. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the hygienic standards were top-notch. Whether you're visiting for business, family functions, or a weekend getaway, Navodaya Sarovar is the best hotel in Orai. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid! I visited this restaurant yesterday to celebrate my first anniversary, and the experience was absolutely terrible. We had booked a hall in advance for a private gathering, but to our shock, the management allowed other people in the same space. When we raised our concerns, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional instead of resolving the issue. To make things worse, the hall was attached to the washroom, which resulted in an unpleasant smell throughout our celebration. This completely ruined the ambiance and made it an uncomfortable experience for everyone. Overall, the poor management, rude staff, and unhygienic conditions made this a regrettable choice. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Worst food ever tasted and the poorest management , staff don,t talk properly , and the manager is worst . You order food and get it delivered after almost one and a half hours and that too not complete with the poorest taste ...

This hotel not give bill, I have booked room here and asked for bill but these guys not gave bill l, resulting I got loss, Rs 2100/- because of this hotel...Even I asked to just confirm I have stayed at this hotel that also not confirming, Very careful if booking room at this hotel. Very bad experience, staff not even listen to you very unprofessional staff.
