Do not opt for this hotel if you have any other options, pathetic service, no basic amenities including hot water which is mandatory in winter, Higher room rent which is equal to a 5 star hotel without basic facilities. No parking place available, you will end up parking in open area near to hotel which is completely filled with garbage.

Had a very poor experience of stay here. -Dirty rooms filled with spider webs | No Cleanliness -Gutkha/Pan Masala Spits across walls -In the name of Breakfast, whatever one orders, staff runs to market and brings the same from some road side stall | Saw staff having brought Puri Sabji with Puri wrapped in newspaper on one day | Could not dare to go for breakfast for 2nd day - Poor hygiene overall | Not recommended

The rooms are very good with a central location only one thing needs to improve there is no kitchen service you can't even ask for a cup of tea if the kitchen service starts then this hotel will be a good place to stay

During our stay Acs were not working in any of the rooms for a complete night, we booked 4 rooms and AC were not working in any of the rooms. Also the rooms and washrooms were dirty. You guys have to work on pest control also.

It's an average hotel and you need to call receiption for each item required. Staff is not professional but as the hotel is new I heard they can improve the area where lagging

New hotel, affordable, rooms are equivalent to local top hotel Jaiswal tower. But locality/outside premises is ..orai market..best choice for budget stay.

Good room , in middle of the city, parking also available, feel a little bit costly
