Hotel Jagrati Royal

Absolutely unacceptable! Staff was rude and confrontational for no reason. The room had zero comfort -- door wouldn't lock properly, AC leaked constantly, and the TV didn't even turn on. This place has no standards and definitely no idea of customer service. Avoid this hotel if you value your peace of mind.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room and washroom were far from clean, and the staff was unhelpful throughout our stay. Shockingly, there was water inside the wardrobe which ruined our clothes! We were constantly harassed for food payments even while we were still eating. Easily one of the worst experiences I've had--would not recommend staying here at all.

What a gem of a hotel -- if you enjoy being ignored by staff, eating in stress, and sleeping in filth. No one bothers to clean the rooms or respond to service requests. And the way they hound you for food payments, you'd think you're trying to run away without paying! Absolute disaster of a stay. Avoid unless you're into punishment.

If you're looking to ruin your trip, this is the perfect place! Dirty rooms, zero cleanliness in bathrooms, and rude staff who act like they're doing you a favor by talking to you. Felt like we were being held hostage for every bite. Stay away!"

All good... nice infrastructure... just one thing was not there in room i.e. Door mate not available for the bathroom...

Unfortunately, my experience at Jagrati Royal was disappointing and didn't meet my expectations. The food lacked of flavours and seemed under- seasoned. The taste did not reflect the standard I was hoping for. I would suggest not to visit this place
