Capital O 66652 Hotel Manokamal

(I won't be surprised to get an automatic cookie cutter reply from Oyo system.. saying "we apologize, that we did not meet your expectations, tell us in detail about the issue... blah blah...," even when I am posting the detailed review with pictorial and video evidences.) This review is only for those people who use online reviews to select a hotel. Most visiting Orai wont even be reading it, don't know English, don't stay in hotel as it is NOT a touristy place. But leaving the details if someone like me ever ventures here. Hotel is next to the Railway station so it could be a good option wjen compared with hotels that are outside railway stations like Lucknow, Kanpur. And that's the only good thing about it. I had to stay overnight to do some official work in the city so needed a quiet, clean place. Checked the room that it has (old window) AC flushing toilet, water jet, sink taps, shower taps work. I was promised everything works and if there is an issue just dial 009 and we will take care of it. I was tired so slept and woke up to find that.. Not a single drop of water in any tap . Dialed 009 on a pulse dial phone couple of times and it does not connect. Walked down two flight of stairs. (Lift does not work and had mattresses stacked against it. And it anyway does NOT go to the ground floor.). I told the guy sleeping at the reception. He heard and turned and went back to sleep. Finally shook him a lot and asked to start the pump. Told him that geyser does not power up.(and he shook his and saying it does not work). The hot water mixer tap is broken/not connected. And he asked the room number to come up and check. He never did. Somehow got a weak flow of water, took shower in cold water. Dirty bathroom, dirty mirrors, dirty faucets, dirty furniture, broken toilet seat, no bedsheet under the blanket. Thin towel with holes. You name it, it is all dirty. The hotel condition is as broken as the front sign of the hotel name. So you decide. PS: the old AC did cool the room. Fan and a light is on inverter and since no one stays there so the floor was quiet.

Ok at the price range we had direct walk in instead of booking through OYO hence got very attractive price on the spot location is also convenient for people travelling by Train and searching for quick stop nearby railway station

There are lift service not available, so those having knee pain or having luggage definitely they suffer from problem. Parking service just ok not too good. Lift must be available.

The Lift doesn't work, The Rooms have no ventilation, The AC doesn't cool, No complimentary breakfast or water bottle. Just a lodge in the name of a hotel

Very poor services, Kindly beware before booking only showing amenities not providing anything even after demands

Best place for parties..... Supportive staff Food at affordable prices... Food quality+quantity Fast order service which I like the most about this place.....

A Very Nice Hotel, in such a small town, just next to the Railway station. But charges are on higher side. In comparison

Its too good hotel with their services lot of space and very good food..
