HOTEL SUNRISE

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with both the food and accommodation at this hotel. As for the food, it was equally unsatisfactory. The options were limited, and the quality was extremely poor. The meals were bland, poorly cooked, and often served cold. The breakfast buffet was especially disappointing, with stale pastries and lukewarm coffee. To make matters worse, the dining area was dirty and understaffed, resulting in long waits and a chaotic atmosphere.I waited 2.15 hours to get a Food. Very very Very Worst Experience.. When I brought these issues to the staff, they were indifferent and unresponsive, offering no solutions or apologies. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Very worst experience ever i had seen..! Such a waste of time and money., Worst maintenance.. then comes to food.. tastes very average and cost wise very high.. not worth for money.. Just don't recommend this one

Worst service . Ordered food and waited for two hours but food was not provided. They are providing it after 3 hours

Good place for staying in Obra with family.

Hotel is well equipped with modern amenities. Located centrally in town on main road. Polite and helpful staffs. Good restaurant, offering variety of food items with hygiene. But, entire hotel is too much costly. Rooms in ground floor (101-104) are suffocating, almost zero ventilation, just beside pantry. So, cooking smell, stickiness on floor, sound will cause discomfort. It is advised to go for much costly 1st floor rooms 201-204 for healthy stay. Regarding car arrangement, the hotel will help you.

I have stayed more than 10 days. It was good and nothing complaining. But staff behaviour and Room was neat and clean always. Good response from the restaurant also.

Nice hotel Nice place amazing experience. I stay here's so many time's and i know everything from here' .... hottl staff is very good and very friendly. I always like to stay here food is amazing.

Very friendly front desk executive, very good food and rate is moderate. Room cleanliness to be improved much better.
